Pambak Mounthree Hotel is a fantastic place surrounded by breathtaking mountains and nature. The rooms are cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the traditional Armenian cuisine is delightful. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying the serene beauty of Lori. Highly recommended!❤️

Complete disappointment. We stayed at this hotel for the weekend — the hotel is declared as a 5-star, with premium service, but in fact it hardly pulls on a weak "four". Check-in: Bellboy service is available, however, the young man who took our luggage while we were checking in simply took our suitcases off the trolley and left to meet other guests. As a result, the suitcases had to be dragged to the room by themselves. For a premium level, this is simply unacceptable. The room is nice, stylish, the view is gorgeous, we had a "Family suite", but the air conditioner cooled the room normally only by the end of the second day)) The pool and sauna were in order, the Jacuzzi with cool water, and the hammam turned into a test: the steam temperature was such that it was physically impossible to go inside. The restaurant is a good breakfast, the selection is small, but delicious. Dinner - a veranda with a beautiful view, and then disappointment. The table was dirty, drinks were waiting for 30 minutes because the bartender was busy with something. Salads and appetizers were more or less, but the main dishes were terrible. The dorado is overdried to a wobbly state, and the "steak" is just a boiled piece of meat that is then fried. I have never seen this in any institution in Armenia. After our comment, the main dishes were removed from the bill. The service and quality absolutely do not correspond to the declared category. The hotel creates the illusion of premium quality, which hides the banal unprofessional management. I don't recommend it. It costs neither money nor time.

An ideal place for privacy with your family. Swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant, rooms, staff. Everything is perfect. It's expensive, of course, but you don't regret the money you spent.

I stayed at the Mounthree Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience!The hotel is a perfect blend of modern style and warm atmosphere.The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with everything you need-from a comfortable bed to stunning views outside the window. The staff deserve special praise: enthusiastic, attentive, and always ready to help.Breakfast is very enjoyable: fresh ingredients, a variety of options, and excellent coffee. The location of the hotel is also a highlight.All attractions are within walking distance, but the hotel is located in a quiet place, ideal for relaxing. Thank you Mounthree Hotel for making me have an unforgettable holiday!I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends and family.
