An outrageous situation has occurred. My sister and her friend came to choose a prom dress. The consultant not only did not greet them, did not offer her help, ran up to them and rudely said, "why are you touching these dresses? they're actually on mannequins." They waited in line at the fitting room, and when asked if they could try on their chosen dresses, the consultant replied dismissively that dresses could only be tried on with their parents. In Belarus, children at the age of 17 can make any household transactions, which include the purchase of clothes. The conflict has not been resolved and questions are not answered during correspondence.
