Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the room cleaning during my stay. The bed sheets were not changed unless we specifically asked for it, and the glasses in the room were also not replaced with clean ones unless requested. This was the biggest issue for me and negatively affected my overall experience. Regarding the restaurant, some of the waiters were friendly and attentive, while others were just average. In general, food service and order taking were slow. On the positive side, the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and willing to help. They tried to solve issues whenever I contacted them, which I appreciated. I also experienced a problem with the housekeeping staff and reported it to the reception. However, I would have liked to receive feedback or a follow-up regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I did not. Overall, the main reason for my dissatisfaction was the room cleanliness. With improvements in housekeeping and service speed, the hotel experience could be much better.

Very nice comfortable hotel in Belgrade. Center is very close (10 min to fortress), also tram/bus stops are close (5min walking) and there’s very beautiful Dunav embankment. Rooms are comfortable, clean and silent. Breakfast is ok. There’s spa center, but I had no time to visit it

Excellent hotel, pleasant staff, clean and spacious rooms, the only drawback is not very comfortable pillows. A chic mini bar in the room, you can order from the bar located in the lobby of the hotel and quickly bring drinks and food to the room. There are very nice girls at the reception.

I stayed at the hotel in April, literally for two nights. Very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located - literally a 5-minute walk from the center, it turns out to be both in the center and at the same time surrounded by ordinary residential buildings, a kindergarten, a school, a supermarket.. A very interesting place:) It so happened that my birthday fell on a business trip to Belgrade, during breakfast I was waiting for a pleasant surprise- congratulations from the hotel, it was unexpected and incredibly pleasant, thank you so much for such a sensitive attitude to customers.

Overall, it was a good hotel, but half of our delegation did not have water in their rooms to wash themselves. We lived for three days and bottled water was supplied to us only on the first day. Then they said: drink from the tap. The breakfasts are normal, but the juices are chymotic. The selection of fruits and desserts is excellent. You can walk to the Danube embankment, the old fortress and the zoo.

A good hotel, the main advantage is the location. What I liked: spacious rooms. The lighting is very cool, it gives some kind of comfort. There is a large round table. On the higher floors, the view from the window is quite good, even the river is barely visible. There is a playground nearby, children make noise during the day, since I was on a relatively high floor, it didn't bother me at all, but it's worth bearing in mind. The hotel is located in a residential area, but within walking distance from the center, 3 blocks to civilization and 6 to the main streets. Spacious shower room. What I didn't like: the gastrobar is 4 out of 5 at the bottom, subjectively I didn't really like it. Music from the Sanremo Festival is playing. Technically, it works until 11, but at 21-45 they already refuse to take an order for food. Young people are shouting on the street at night, I still don't understand who and why. The water in the bathroom is the color of moonshine from the village of fools, and the taste after the kettle is terrible. No water is brought during cleaning, your concern is to provide yourself with clean water. The soap in the bathroom is liquid, you walk slippery for two days. There is only soap, there are no fashionable tubes. There are shops in the neighborhood, but small ones, and it usually takes 15 minutes to get to the supermarket.

Convenient location of the hotel, close to the center, also close to Kalemegdan. The rooms are large, the cleaning is good. A significant disadvantage is that they do not renew the water. We delivered two bottles only on the day of arrival. No more new ones were brought. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor. A hotel breakfast is organized in it (in one of its parts). The breakfast food is varied, delicious, and I didn't get bored during the week of my stay.

Good location. Overall, it's clean. The room is spacious. The rooms are not vacuumed. The air conditioner was broken in the room and it was cold. The shower door was also broken. The sink drain was periodically leaking. If you don't throw the towels on the floor, they won't be changed. Water only at check-in. The breakfasts are quite edible.

A modern hotel in a quiet part of the city center, a 15-minute leisurely walk to the tourist streets. There is a currency exchange machine on the reception; the rooms are quiet 23sq.m, quite modern and comfortable without frills; electric kettle with refilling of tea leaves, sugar and coffee; bathrobes, towels are changed if you throw them on the floor; daily cleaning, liquid soap and shower gel in tubes from an Italian manufacturer; in-room safe; car rental on reception. The water is not replenished, but there is a grocery store in front of the hotel. I liked everything.

I was on a business trip for 4 nights. I only managed to spend the night, so the review is only about the room and breakfast. I got a 2-room room, a little empty, but generally comfortable. The bed is great, I slept well. There are many TV channels. The only drawback is that it's cold. The control of the air conditioner is unfriendly, or it does not work as it should (for heating). The breakfasts weren't bad, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen or somewhere else. However, it is not felt in the hall itself. I ordered dinner once with room service. It was beautiful, delicious, satisfying with no options. But it 's not cheap either )

There is a stench of cigarettes at the entrance to the hotel. Everyone smokes everywhere. The rooms, however, are not smoky. The room seems to be clean. kind of. But there is mold in the shower, see the photo. I like to relax with the window open, but since the hotel is located in a residential building, everyone is shouting and doing repairs in the courtyard. The description says that the windows have a view of the city. Deception. The photo shows the view from the room window.Problems started upon check-in and they still haven't been resolved. DESPITE the fact that I paid for the room, I was charged. This is a separate topic and a separate complaint will be written to the booking requesting a refund. Arrived two hours earlier, demanded 20 euros for early check-in, while the hotel is half empty. I refused and went to eat at the bar for 20 euros. If you are going to Belgrade, look for another hotel.

On the plus side: on the 13th floor there is a great view, good breakfasts and conference rooms, an excellent hair dryer, you can ask for a city map at the reception. By cons: they do not vacuum the rooms for 5 days, take out only garbage, dust and cobwebs on the windows and there was hair in the shower before the first visit, there is no iron or ironing, you can only order an iron for a fee.

We forgot to add water to the bar and change the towels, when I asked, they said that the water had run out :) A buffet dinner table without soups, which surprised me, although perhaps this is a feature of the local cuisine. Otherwise, fairly fresh renovation, good beds, pillows, clean rooms. The hotel is inside a dense building, the views from the windows are the most ordinary. Close to the old town, there are shops and supermarkets around. 20 minutes to the airport.

A great place to stay in Belgrade for an extended period. There are Russian-speaking employees among the staff. The breakfast is really comprehensive: there are many products on the buffet that will satisfy every taste, including those who eat dietetically. The hotel is conveniently located: and not far from Knyaz Mikhail Street, and at the same time there are no street noises from troubadours and passing people. We chose a hotel among several in this price category. Upon arrival, we looked at the places where the options were. Unfortunately, some were located near the dark ghettos, although the hotel is called and looks decent. Therefore, it is worth choosing hotels not only according to the map, but also according to reviews. The only drawback is that in the restaurant on the ground floor, if ventilation is not turned on, then the smoke from cigarettes from the smoking room is very strong in the non–smoking room. In this regard, of course, we have become very unaccustomed to cigarette smoke in public places. By the way, the room price includes a visit to the hammam and sauna: the hotel has a good relaxation room, you can book a massage. The hotel is sincerely recommended for your stay!)

The hotel is super, very comfortable, has everything you need. If you check in on a high floor, you can see Belgrade well and far from there (but even if you don't check in, you can just drive to the top floor, get out of the elevator and look out the window). Everything inside the room is automated and the climate is controlled by a digital remote control. Wi-fi is free, and a password is provided upon check-in. There is a so-called Money changer in the lobby, you can buy dinars for euros without leaving the hotel. Disadvantages: sometimes their cards, which unlock the room and elevator, are spontaneously reset and stop working. It doesn't matter - you can contact the reception and a new one will be issued without delay. But somehow it turned out that I changed 4 cards in a day (it was only 1 day). Some kind of bug, apparently.
