An amazing salon with excellent specialists! Many thanks to Anastasia, who listened attentively to me, offered to try on the jewelry and told me in detail about each one! I was introduced to the miuz collections, and they offered me many alternatives, even though I had a specific request and they were amazing! There is a very good selection of lemon gold jewelry, which is rare in Belarus. The inserts in the jewelry are amazing! The diamond collection "champagne spray" is beautiful. We talked in detail about the products and the differences. The time in the salon was just wonderful, I left in a very good mood and understood that I would be back here! I really liked the attitude and attention they gave me as a client!

Wonderful salon! A good selection of jewelry for every taste and price. Maria, the consultant, is very polite and friendly. Competently presents information about each product, helps to make a choice. She also has a sensitive heart, and we were so moved when we bought the wedding rings that we all cried together.

I want to share my experience of visiting a jewelry store, which has become a real find for us. We purchased a set of diamond beads and a ring, and the impressions were only the most positive! From the very moment we entered the store, we felt an atmosphere of warmth and care. The salespeople were not only professional, but also genuinely passionate about their work. They listened attentively to our wishes and helped us choose exactly what we needed. The choice is really amazing — there is something for everyone, even for the most demanding customers. The diamonds on our bracelets shine incredibly, and the ring has become a real gem of our collection. We took away not only beautiful jewelry, but also a lot of positive emotions. Thank you to your store for their attention to customers and high quality products! We will definitely come back for new purchases!

We visited the music hall yesterday and were absolutely delighted! We were looking for a gift for our mother-in-law, and once we were in this store, we immediately realized that we were on the right track. The consultants are really cool — they listened to our wishes with great attention and helped us choose the perfect decoration. The choice is simply gorgeous! Every product we reviewed was top notch, from the design to the impressive discount. As a result, my mother—in-law was delighted with the gift, and we were delighted with the amazing service. Many thanks to the MUZ team for your help and professionalism! We will definitely come back again!

I decided to surprise the girl and buy earrings.I don't know much about jewelry, so it was important for me to be helped with the choice and not to impose the most expensive. The consultant really helped: she explained everything in detail, showed me the different options in my budget, and eventually picked up what I needed. The girl is delighted, and I myself was very satisfied with the service. The quality of the decoration is excellent. I definitely recommend it, and I'll be back myself.

I was looking for an anniversary present for my mom. I wanted something statuesque, but not fancy. The consultant was very helpful — she offered a classic set with pearls. We didn't lose it: mom is delighted, she looks noble. Thanks to the staff for their tact and understanding of the task. It's a pleasure to deal with professionals.

I went to look at the gold bracelets included with my earrings, which were also purchased at the miuz store, but none of the bracelets presented had my size (size 16). I asked if my size was available at other locations, but they told me they couldn't look at it. I was offered to drive to other locations to find out the size of the bracelet on my own. I would like to buy a bracelet from you, but it turns out that you didn't do anything for me to make a purchase from you. I was told that they would contact me (they took my phone number) if my bracelet size was available. But why should I wait if, for example, my size is at another point? If you do not have a single database of products (I was told that the website of the Russian and Belarusian divisions are not there), then can you at least call other points and check availability? It shouldn't be that difficult, especially when it comes to a potential purchase. There are a lot of questions about the service, and if it's true about the inability to check availability in other stores, then it's also a huge organizational disadvantage for you among your competitors, because I've never encountered such a caveman attitude in any jewelry store.

She visited the MIUZ jewelry salon at 191 Karl Marx Ave. In the Axion shopping center. I just ran in to take a look, and left with brand-new earrings-that's what the magic of jewelry and professional consultants means! A cozy atmosphere, there is no pressure with sales, they allow you to calmly understand all the diversity. The consultant girl is just magical:I picked up several options and showed how different earrings look with my hairstyle. In general, I will definitely advise my friends and acquaintances!

An extremely unpleasant experience. Communication between consultants is at the level of a bazaar, not a store. Rudeness, arrogance and openly disrespectful attitude towards the client. It gets to the point of absurdity — instead of helping, they create the feeling that you are not welcome here. People with this style of communication are absolutely not allowed to work with clients. There are also questions about the quality of the product — expectations do not match the stated price level. Price is not equal to quality. I regretted the purchase

I'm Anastasia Dren's shoddy client. She's a professional at her job, I know that 😉She helped me find the earrings for my ring, which I couldn't find anywhere else. I love Nastya's shift and her partner's shift. They are models of the decoration of this salon, they serve well, they are delicately unobtrusive. The assortment is decent in MIUZ. I often visit Moscow and this brand is in almost every shopping mall there. I need earrings to match the emerald crosses now, so I'm waiting for new products and an invitation from Anastasia for a fitting.

We were choosing a gift for our sister on her coming of age. Of course, I wanted it to be a memorable gift, with a diamond, but the design is suitable for a young girl. The choice was very pleasantly surprised, just luxurious jewelry ✨We stopped our attention on the single diamond beads and the pendant. Thanks to the consultant girl for an interesting acquaintance with the collections, everything is really amazing. There are a lot of women in our family, so we will definitely come back here more than once to please ourselves!!

A good assortment. But, sellers either unknowingly, it is unlikely, or intentionally assure buyers that hydrothermal emerald is a natural stone That is, a stone grown in the laboratory by hydrothermal synthesis is equal to a natural emerald for them. Be careful, Google what the letters in the description of the stone mean. Consultants will not help you, rather the opposite
