The staff is beyond praise! Ilya, a very pleasant young man, served us, he controlled us all the time so that everything would be fine, but not intrusively ! He recommended the dishes very well! Delicious food, but terrible service. The administrator is not able to solve the issues, she ran away from us. The waiters preferred to chat among themselves rather than carry the order faster, they constantly forgot something, and had to be reminded several times. They celebrated a holiday there, and it was even embarrassing in front of the guests for other people's shoals. We made a discount on some special offer, thank you. But they didn't even apologize for the disgusting service and non-compliance with the agreements.

No one greeted us or offered to undress, Although the waiter/admin looked at us almost point blank, and only when we entered the hall did they offer to help us undress)))) We went to the gastrofest, we booked a table properly, but we didn't register our reservation, so we waited longer for our set than the other guests who came after us. The food is 4/10, we liked the lemonade the most)))

Today we went to try this set, the food was served cold, it looked stale, bread was ordered for the soup - they did not bring it, dirty plates were not removed from the table, dessert was waiting for 40 minutes, I asked how soon it would be served - our waitress with a surprised face asked "where are you sitting?". In general, they did not wait for dessert and left. The place is beautiful, and the staff we met today performed their duties very poorly. They left with great disappointment and unwillingness to return to this institution. I hope those who go there will be lucky with the staff.

I've been going to this institution for about two and a half years, and on my last trip I realized that I no longer had the desire to return. The staff works from under the stick, the service is lame, it is much more interesting for the staff to stand and laugh with each other and with friends. The music has become worse, and due to the fact that karaoke has appeared, one thing outshines the other and it turns out to be a complete mess, either work on sound insulation, or you should not try to drown out karaoke with ordinary music from the speaker. They ordered cocktails, not only that, but a third of the cocktails were on the foot. So we also waited for cocktails for about 30 minutes?! We drank, ordered the next ones, and waited another 25-30 minutes. The serving of some cocktails raises questions.. The percentage of alcohol in them has been reduced to almost zero, keep this in mind. The orders arrived.. Pasta that one or the other crunches on the teeth. In one, the sauce was very thickened with flour and there was a lot of butter in it.. The only thing that pleased me was the steak roasting, and no one asked what kind of roasting was needed, I had to go to the bar myself. No one took the empty glasses from under the pots until we asked for them, although the waiters approached. Table setting.. For what? What for? The glasses are just standing there gathering dust, all streaked and stained. It would have made sense if water had been poured into them, but they just stood there and gathered dust throughout the dinner. A napkin with two forks and two knives in it, again.. What for? We didn't use them, because they bring an individual set of appliances with the dish. Speaking of dust, it feels like the dust on the fixtures hasn't been wiped for half a year.. The waiter, always confusing who ordered what, came up 2 times and asked everything again. In general, I miss the old staff and the establishment as a whole..

We were in Grodno with our family and decided to eat in this particular cafe, which we later regretted very much. They warned at the entrance that the wait for hot dishes was about an hour, so they decided to order bruschetta and a cocktail and brownies for the child. I won't say anything, the cocktail was served in about 10 minutes, so thank you very much to the bartender, but the bruschetta was served only an hour later and the brownie, in general, after about 1.15. It was very noticeable that they were catering to large companies, a family of three could be seen immediately on the wrong scale. It's a shame that out of such a selection of cafes and restaurants, the choice fell on this particular cafe.

The appetizer plates were brought with finger marks right up to the middle of the plate itself) What you see in the photo is pizza) In their understanding, this is a dough without sauce, with mozzarella in the middle and a filling on top. It was difficult to eat because it was very dry, by the way, the menu included a sauce consisting of cream, cottage cheese and garlic, but in reality there was no sauce, of course) The girl who served us did not comment on this in any way)) It's very cold in the room. The blankets were brought only when the company left the hall. The drinks were generally good, and one of the two cocktails was very tasty. The advantages are over with it, draw your own conclusions)

The worst place in the city. Absolutely ruined the evening. Everything was disappointing: from the sound and equipment to the absolutely boorish attitude on the part of the staff. The food deserves special attention - they ruined everything that was possible and, it seemed, impossible to spoil. The croutons were greasy, in old butter and with a sauce that tasted like someone had thrown up. Pepperoni pizza, which had been begging for retirement for a long time, and the cherry on the cake was pasta with shrimp, which died of old age long before our evening.

I don't recommend it, they don't charge money for anything, you shouldn't take a meat plate for 80 rubles, they throw you a couple of ribs and vegetables with sauce, beer seems to be diluted with water, 9 cocktails from the whole card, 2 are not bad, the rest are bitter, not tasty, I won't come back.

Firstly: there are few staff, one waitress works for two halls, due to this, the dishes are brought with a delay... Secondly, if you want to drink and relax, then definitely not here. You drink and get sober here... I'm 33 years old -I didn't like the repertoire, although of course it's a matter of taste.. Thirdly, if you book a table in advance and discuss the menu, be careful to discuss everything 300/500 times in order to avoid a conflict at the end when receiving the bill! I would like administrators to approach their work not only as their responsibilities, but also in a human way... And fourthly: the cuisine is delicious, but if you are looking for a cheaper place, this option will not work exactly!!!! Again, this is the opinion of me and some of my friends!!! Everything is relatively individual!!!!

We are extremely disappointed to visit this institution. We celebrated a birthday in the VIP room. Before booking, we clarified the rules of the visit, but no one informed us about the ban on food brought with us. Moreover, this information is not publicly available. The question arises: how should guests learn about such restrictions if the institution itself does not announce them? Some time after the start of the holiday, an employee came to us and said that she could not be with her food. When we explained that no one had warned us about such a rule, instead of acknowledging the flaw on the part of the institution, they began to prove to us that we should have asked about everything ourselves. It turns out that the client is obliged to guess the internal rules of the restaurant? I was particularly surprised that the amount of the "fine" for the food brought changed right during the conversation: first one amount was named, then another. We have not received any clear explanations. Attempts to calmly discuss the situation proved useless. The employee completely ignored our arguments, insisted solely on being right and repeated the same phrases. Instead of looking for a solution or at least a respectful dialogue, we were eventually given an ultimatum: either pay or leave. If an institution has important rules, it is obliged to inform guests about them in advance, and not to remember them after people have come to celebrate the event. It is extremely unprofessional to shift responsibility for the lack of information onto clients. The holiday was ruined not by the very fact of the rule's existence, but by the attitude of the staff, incompetence in resolving the conflict situation and a complete lack of customer orientation. After such an experience, there is no desire to return to this institution.

We came here for the first time. The impression of the place is terrible. After we placed the order, after half an hour of waiting, we were told that they would not be able to serve it to us, because there was no pork neck, instead we were offered chicken fillet with champignons and oyster mushrooms, but there were no oyster mushrooms. The dishes are not served in order (the hot food was brought first, then only salads). For some reason, there were also zucchini in the eggplant of parmigiano! There was no passion fruit in the Porn star cocktail (they said it was over, but they only reported it when we noticed it ourselves, not in advance!) There was no declared DJ either. There was only one answer to our complaints to the administrator.: "I understand everything." There was no apology from her. We don't understand at all how this institution still exists?!

The food is not tasty from the word at all. Only desserts and tincture were delicious. The waiter brings the orders, I don't understand how. One is already sitting with his dish, the second receives his same dish in half an hour. They constantly reminded the waiter what we ordered and asked if they had forgotten us. Desserts were brought to all but one, although they all had the same desserts. Coffee for desserts was brought in 15 minutes when, in principle, the dessert was almost eaten. They waited for the hookah for exactly 40 minutes. The disappointment is complete in the service and maintenance.
