Great massage after skiing! Highly recommended for all women. The Myoflex massage helps to relieve muscle tension and restore energy after a long day on the slopes. The therapist was professional and attentive, focusing on my problem areas. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. A perfect way to recover and prepare for the next adventure!

I really enjoyed the fitness massage! I am a former athlete. The clamps in the back, pain syndromes are elegantly removed, lymphatic drainage is felt. And in general, such lightness after each session, very pleasant sensations. No pain, no discomfort. The procedure itself seems unusual at the beginning, but even then there are no unpleasant sensations, it's just not clear how it works. You get used to it very quickly and start having fun. When the session ends, it's a real pleasure! It's not an unimportant point that you don't even have to take off your clothes!👍

I had an exomassage session in Gudauri (and I've been there 5 times) – something incredible! From the first minutes, the muscles were deeply worked out, and by the end of the session, the body became light and relaxed, as if the burden of fatigue had been lifted. I was particularly pleased with Timur's attention to detail and individual approach. After skiing in the mountains, this massage is a real salvation. I will definitely come back again!
