The three of us had a rest in July 2026 at Engels 12. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious, everything you need is at hand, the owners are always in touch. Parking in the courtyard, there was always a free space. A nice and well-maintained courtyard with a basketball court. The apartment is located in the heart of the capital: Troitsk suburb, the State Circus, Yanka Kupala Park, Gorky Park and many other attractions within walking distance. From the window there is a beautiful view of Oktyabrskaya Square and the Yanka Kupala National Theater. At the same time, Engels Street is relatively quiet and the sound insulation is good: nothing prevents a good night's sleep. Euroopt is nearby - you can always buy something for breakfast or for a quick dinner at home. We are very satisfied, many thanks to the hosts!

Those who will rent this apartment should consider the following: 1 she is much more tired than she looks in the photo and it is clear that they are not particularly monitoring the condition. 2 for 4 people there is not even a bed linen, a maximum of 2. It's not suitable for a family. 3. Its location in the center is more of a minus than a plus- because you overpay for the location at the same time- there is no parking or carsharing nearby, you have to go from afar 4. There are no normal shops nearby if you plan to cook at home. 5. You can have a democratic breakfast only in a McDuck, everything else is expensive and opens late As a summary, if it cost 30% less, then all of the above can be experienced. As it is, there are excellent options a little further from the center and much cheaper with better condition.

Excellent apartment in the very center of Minsk, within walking distance from almost all attractions. Near the metro, lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need, parking in the courtyard, very convenient if you are by car. Quiet green courtyard, surrounded by parks, lots of greenery. I definitely recommend it!
