However, the main disadvantage is the low quality of the delivered goods and their replacement. The quality of the product is not determined by the manufacturer, but by poor storage or delivery.. and the ability to pass it on to the buyer.. The furniture had mechanical damage and, according to the manager, had previously been a showcase piece. There was a desire to immediately cancel the purchase, but the manager convinced me to take the product, pay for it, and after that make a replacement for high-quality products.. The issue of replacement was resolved promptly, but unfortunately, the furniture was not in the best condition again, it was covered with ingrained, hard-to-clean dust.. I didn't make a replacement the second time, because temporary downtime without furniture would have been more expensive and I would have had to waste time waiting for a repeat delivery.. there is no guarantee that the furniture will be of proper quality. I would like to emphasize that despite the low quality of the product, the price is high. After complaining to the store's information center, we apologized for any inconvenience caused! A refund or replacement is offered.. But, the inconvenience is expressed specifically in my material and temporary losses, and to continue to engage in replacement or refund is, as already described above, to continue to incur losses for me.. Here is a "childish" excuse from the construction store chain "MILE". We also offered a follow-up purchase with a 10% discount! This is not compensated, and having sold the battered showcase samples at full price ... they are already offering to make the next purchase..
