We were here from March 26 to March 29, 2026. Very tasty dishes! The atmosphere is cozy! Nino is so charming, speaks Russian well. We went to lunch and breakfast. Pancakes with ham and cheese and garlic sauce are just fire! Kharcho for lunch and with a glass of chacha mmmm it's a song! The children are delighted with pizza and khinkali with mutton! In general, I definitely recommend visiting this cafe to all the guests of Novy Gudauri!!!

Excellent service and everything we took was delicious (Homemade red wine is tart and delicious, not cheap) Georgian salad with nuts is the most delicious in Gudauri. Khachapuri in Megrelian is super and has a slightly original taste. Khinkali is really homemade in taste and smaller than usual. Chacha aged in an Oak barrel fire!!

I fell for the reviews and went to lunch. The only thing that saves is the staff, the welcoming woman was pleasant and friendly. We took beef in a frying pan - a small portion, khachapuri in Adjarian style - the cheese on top is not melted and stretched, but in small lumps like cottage cheese, there is little cheese, there is a lot of dough and it does not work (the next day we ate amazing khachapuri right on the mountain, it does not compare with this!). Khinkali 5 pieces - 20 GEL, khinkali is clearly defrosted, the dough is not plastic, it breaks (khinkali was eaten in Georgia much tastier and much cheaper). I don't understand why people give 5 stars, or there's nothing to compare the reviews with. In general, there's nothing to cling to, I definitely wouldn't go a second time. 🤷♀️

One of the advantages: responsive staff, and the restaurant itself is very sincere, cozy and atmospheric. I also liked the alcohol list, we tried homemade chacha, I really liked it! Of the cons: unfortunately, everything we took was tasteless: chkmeruli, eggplant salad, lobio (absolutely strange cooking, however, everything was spoiled by something: the chicken (chkmeruli) is dried... it's completely unpleasant to eat, the creamy sauce itself with a strange taste, it would seem, is a national dish, and it turned out to be the worst..; the salad with crispy eggplant was also amazing - the tasteless cooking of the eggplant itself turned out to be extremely dry, and the salad itself seemed to consist of products that are easiest to find in winter..; lobio was also tasteless, absolutely) The only thing that was good was khachapuri. It's strange that there are so many positive reviews, and they fell for it( It cannot be called Georgian cuisine, unfortunately... we were very disappointed, we came to eat delicious national cuisine, but we were completely disgusted by each dish. In fact, it's a shame that there is absolutely no delicious national cuisine in such a resort place!

We checked all the restaurants in upper Gudauri and we liked this one the most. Very tasty and homemade. The prices are slightly below average, probably because the cafe is "on the second line". Friendly staff, it feels like a family cafe. Ojahuri will just die! But khinkali is not the most successful.

Very tasty food. In the photo, caesar with chicken (the serving is very different, but very tasty), Georgian salad with nuts (we take it consistently everywhere, as long as it is the most delicious), borscht, kharcho and Chkmeruli (chicken in a pot with sauce), everyone was delighted with the sauce! The staff work is excellent, the waiting time is not fast during rush hour.

We went to dinner together with a friend. Although the restaurant was half-empty, we were told that there were no seats. When asked about the empty tables, it was said that they were for 4 and 6 people and they would not seat two people at a larger table! Provided that there is a queue at other restaurants at this time, they are 50 percent full and at the same time they refuse service! Amazing rudeness and unprofessionalism! I did not expect to encounter such a thing in hospitable Georgia! They refused to sit 2 persons, despite they had more than half of tables empty. Waiter told us that they don’t sit 2 people at tables with 4 or 6 sits! No wonder why in the pick hours the restaurant is half empty!

They greet you with a smile, the place is calm, homely, everything is inexpensive compared to other nearby establishments. But the food upset me, the potatoes were a little raw in ojahuri. They also took a veal kebab, the portion was quite small with bones and veins, and the meat was definitely not cooked on coals, most likely it was fried.

We went here 7 days out of 7 skating days, chacha welcome fire! Khinkali is delicious, sometimes there are veins, but the stuffing itself is delicious and there is a lot of broth. Khachapuri is royal, mmm... Well, ojakhuri and chkmeruli are also worth a try. Oh, dear compote, it's better to have a snack!

The prices are normal, the kharcho soup is 15 lari, for this amount, it pulls in three, the portion is not large, I would not say that "Wow", in Batumi it is much tastier, bigger and cheaper. Khachapuri in Adjarian-20 lari, khachapuri is very small, does not pull 20 lari, delicious. Khinkali is something with something, it feels like they were bought frozen in a nearby Joint, boiled and served, not tasty, there is little meat, they cost 2 lari/ piece. I don't recommend it. 10% for the casing was taken😬
