As it turned out, the store does not have a technical support service! According to the seller, the equipment is very easy and fast to connect, but in fact I had to hire a person, because the instructions attached to the equipment turned out to be non-working! As a result, I solved the problem, but there was a very large sediment. I'll choose another seller next time.
