Nice-looking hotel, but clearly below 4-star standards in terms of room amenities. Several basic items were missing. For example, there was only one glass in the room, so my friend and I had to share it just to have a drink not acceptable at this level. In my opinion, it’s a decent place if you’re not the one paying for the stay. Otherwise, there are better options in Belgrade for the price. The indoor pool is pleasant, but the area is small and feels quite confined rather than relaxing.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated the birthday gift from the hotel — a cake and a bottle of prosecco. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. We checked into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, had missing amenities, and was clearly in need of maintenance. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Despite multiple requests in person and through Booking.com, our room repeatedly was not cleaned as promised. Water and tea were not replenished, basic amenities were never delivered, and even after cleaning was finally completed, I found hair inside a supposedly clean towel. What was most frustrating was that every issue required multiple reminders before any action was taken. My husband spoke to reception several times, and I had to contact the hotel repeatedly through Booking.com just to receive basic housekeeping service. The swimming pool water was also noticeably cloudy, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day and became very repetitive. It is disappointing that during what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday stay, I spent so much time dealing with problems that should have been handled routinely. Nice gestures are appreciated, but they do not make up for poor cleanliness, inconsistent housekeeping, and a lack of attention to basic guest needs.
