I visited the Metro entertainment center at 2B Zhandosova Street. In general, the place offers a variety of entertainment: bowling, billiards, go-karts and karaoke. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not always attentive, and the waiting time can be long. The prices for drinks seemed too high. Despite this, the atmosphere in the center is pleasant, and with the right approach, you can have a good time.

Everything is standard in the bowling alley, but there are hitches with the kitchen. The restaurant - cuisine and service are weak. There is karaoke. In general, it is not crowded. We celebrated the New Year's corporate party, except for us there was only one other table occupied.

It wasn't a problem. After a while, she announced that the forge would be open from 14:30. This created additional difficulties. I had to call a large number of taxis to get to the restaurant. I consider this a huge disadvantage. In addition, buying for example 1 liter of Cola, you have to pay for 4 glasses. Thus, marginality is increased many times. I don't think we'll go back there anymore.

We agreed in advance to rent time on the highway for half an hour. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, just to solve all the organizational issues. An advance payment of 50% (30,000 tenge) was made in advance. When we said that we had a recording, the guard said that "There is a live queue, where is your recording?". There were no customers except us, as well as the administrator. A young man came, who, it seems to me, was the only one who had any idea about working with people, and asked to wait, apologizing. The receptionist came at exactly the time we had the lease for. Then they slowly handed out questionnaires where we had to sign, then very slowly they gave us helmets and took us to the track. The rules were slowly explained to the first group of 4 people. We arranged a check-in for 5 minutes. Then they also slowly distributed helmets to the second group and explained the rules on the track. By the time the second check-in started for 5 minutes, 23 minutes had already passed from our rental. Since the people were in such a hurry, we thought that time counted for the races. When we were told that we would not make it to the third race, we were surprised. They met us halfway, arranged a third race for 4 minutes. We finished 6 minutes later than expected. That is, 36 minutes have passed. We were charged 60,000 tenge. There was a feeling that they were dissatisfied with us) And now we all have a complete feeling that we were well deceived. After all, just a check-in costs 2000 tenge on the track in 4 minutes. We came at a time when there was no one but us. And they paid 60 thousand for 2 arrivals of 5 minutes and one for 4 minutes. We rode for 4 people. In total, the ride cost 1,071 tenge per minute per person. This is more than 2 times more expensive than the usual price on the same track. We didn't argue or swear with anyone. But the sediment remained.
