I bought 8 days of travel on Yandex with meals for myself and my son. Upon arrival, we checked into a room where: 1 light bulb is not lit in the night light, the faucet is loose, the ventilation is noisy and does not allow sleep, the toilet stinks, one hanger in the closet, the heated towel rail does not work, the minimum bathroom set, there are 2 sets of mugs with saucers and 1 teaspoon. You need to wait a few minutes for hot water. They are occupied only on the 16th, 18th and 19th floors. The pool is paid and costs about 2500 rubles per day. There are few places in the pool-it's crowded. The day after we checked in, we were informed that their program only paid for 1 person with breakfast! I immediately started writing to Yandex Travel and got 0 help, 0 replies -what a mess this is going on! The second night. The hotel manager gave us a different room, because my son is afraid of heights (no one warned us that they only occupy high floors) and the windows were stained glass. The other room had walls and windows. The night was terrible, the neighbors were yelling out the window and in their room, smoking, walking around the floor and talking loudly. No one answered the phone at the reception, I went downstairs to report violations of the order, and there was just no one there. I loudly told the receptionists to get out, and the woman barely crawled out after about 6 minutes. The place is terrible by all accounts! The work of Yandex Travel and the hotel staff is disgusting! Everyone is lying, on both sides. 07/04/2026 and during the whole vacation, I will figure out what kind of scams this Yandex is doing. I won't upload any photos, I'm sick of this place.

Beautiful buildings stand on high ground, visible from afar Modern architectural design, glass and mirror 🔥🔥🔥 The most interesting thing is that there are many palm trees planted on the territory! Very cool! Well done!

I stayed at this hotel to participate in a conference that lasted from morning until late at night. Unfortunately, instead of resting, I got a nightmarish experience that negated all impressions. Late at night, around 3 a.m., when I was already fast asleep before an important day, strangers entered my room without knocking or warning, opening the door with their key card. They were just as surprised as I was. Imagine my condition: you wake up to the fact that there are strangers in your room. Not only was this a gross violation of security and confidentiality, but after a while I was woken up again - this time the receptionist came to personally apologize for the previous intrusion. Instead of solving the issue in the morning or at least calling, I was woken up twice in one night. I couldn't sleep until morning, and I had to get up early. The staff's reaction ("cynicism instead of service"): In the morning, I approached the receptionist (the girl at the reception) to find out how this could happen and what the hotel offers as compensation for spoiled sleep and stress. To my reasonable question, I received an icy answer: "They've already apologized to you, what else do you want?" And "Have you been awake? These are your problems, apologies have been offered." Such an attitude is unacceptable in the hotel business. The administrator did not even try to understand the situation, did not offer any solution (be it a discount, a compliment, or basic human involvement). For them, a formal "I'm sorry" is an indulgence for any mistakes. The hotel cannot guarantee the main thing - your safety and a good night's sleep, and the staff does not know how to resolve conflicts except with arrogant phrases. Sleep at 3 a.m. cannot be returned, and the feeling of anxiety remains for the rest of the rest. I do not recommend this hotel to either business travelers or tourists. If you value your peace and adequate service, pass it by. Apologies are no substitute for a normal vacation, and the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. Areas requiring improvement: 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. 2. Serious security incident (night intrusion): At approximately 3 a.m., while I was asleep, two strangers entered my room using their own key card. They were visibly surprised to find me there. This constitutes a grave breach of guest security and privacy. Shortly afterward, I was woken a second time – by a receptionist who came to apologize in person for the earlier incident. While the apology was noted, the decision to disturb a sleeping guest again, rather than addressing the matter the following morning, demonstrated a lack of basic operational judgment. 3. Dismissive staff response to the complaint: The following morning, I approached the front desk to seek clarification and discuss appropriate compensation for the disrupted sleep and distress caused. The female receptionist responded with: "We already apologized – what more do you want?" and "You didn't sleep? That's your problem." This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely inadequate for a hospitality establishment. No offer of compensation, discount, or goodwill gesture was proposed. Conclusion: While the physical infrastructure and housekeeping standards are commendable, the hotel fails in two critical areas: guest safety and customer care. A comfortable bed and clean towels cannot compensate for being woken twice in the middle of the night by strangers and then being treated with indifference when raising a legitimate concern. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or leisure guests who value security, restful sleep, and professional service. The management should urgently review their security protocols and staff training in complaint handling.
