There weren't many people in front of me, but they asked for a long time that there was something like a normal menu with explanations and ingredients. Friday night, the influx of people has begun, and she's the only one who takes orders, prepares them, and just doesn't take them out. At one point, she started crying. In many cafes, it happens that one person works, but how could you bring a person to such a state? So she's been working like this for a long time. The girl was clearly unwell, and I ask the Met Tea management to help her in any way possible. I give the establishment a 5 - everything is very tasty, the girl is 10, she is a great fellow, the management is 0. Take care of the employees and do not make them work so hard. Two people should work on such days.

I was disappointed with the service at this point. 08/31/25 I came in with a friend, the girls on shift, apparently, were not very interested in the service, as they took her order and decided that since we were together, we were ordering the same thing. As a result, they tried a more expensive drink, although I said clearly and loudly enough exactly what I wanted — no one asked anything, they tried cheese grapes instead of milk bo-bo and went on giggling. I didn't make a fuss — I didn't have the energy or time, I decided to try something new. as a result, even the drinks were disappointed: the jelly was chopped into huge pieces, it was impossible to drink, the tube simply blocked. it is clear that it can be steamy, that it is difficult and there is a human factor, but there were few people (4 orders in total) and there were enough employees (± 3 employees). The only thing that pleased me was that the staff, despite their carelessness, were really polite — unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere now, so two stars. Please pay attention and improve the organization of the workflow.

The guy with glasses who took orders was clearly not coping with his duties. He was impolite and uninterested in helping clients. When I placed the order, he looked like he was really annoyed by it. I waited longer than usual for my drink, and when it was finally ready, it was sloppily made and did not match what I ordered. Such an attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! If your staff doesn't want to work or doesn't know how to do it, it might be worth reviewing the team. I definitely won't be coming back to your place anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone!

I came strictly during business hours, and I shouldn't worry about the internal affairs of the staff. A request to the administration: you do not need to write standard signs in the answers that you will "do the work with feedback." You've been copying these phrases since the beginning of the year, but the behavior of employees hasn't changed, judging by other negative reviews.
