Definitely my favorite hotel in Istanbul It took me a long time and quite meticulously to choose where to stay, because the trip was important and I didn't want to make a mistake at all. Therefore, if you are currently reading this review and wondering whether it is worth booking the Mest Hotel, definitely yes. Location There is an interesting story with the location here. The hotel is literally located near the Egyptian Bazaar, so during rush hours, returning home through the endless crowd is still an adventure. But it was this location that turned out to be his main advantage. Most likely, no taxi will take you to the entrance — the streets around are too narrow and crowded. But you can easily catch a car just around the corner, and then walk for less than a minute. There are many exchange offices with a normal exchange rate around, the T1 tram line is a couple of minutes away, and after a few more minutes you will already reach the Bosphorus. The location is almost perfect for exploring historical Istanbul! And, no, don't worry, the hotel is completely quiet! , A little bit about the hotel The hotel itself is very cozy, despite the fact that it is not small at all. The rooms are unusual in design, and the family options generally deserve special attention: the second level with sleeping places looks very impressive and is really convenient for a large family or company. At the same time, the cleaning was impeccable every day, and the guys at the reception are exactly the kind of staff who make you want to come back. There are always welcome sweets on the ground floor, which no one forbids you to take to your room, and if you want to have a snack in the evening, you can order simple food like sandwiches and drinks. A separate plus is the incredibly comfortable pillows and mattresses, which you especially appreciate after a day of walking around Istanbul. We also used laundry services, and we paid no more than 700 rubles for a huge bag of laundry. Food 🍱 For a three-star hotel, the breakfasts here were pleasantly surprised. They are not striking in their variety, but every day there are hot dishes, pastries, lots of vegetables and fruits. We never went hungry. For breakfast, you can order fresh juices for 3€ Well, a separate love is the veranda where breakfast is served. From here you can enjoy a stunning view of the New Mosque, and during the day you can go up here for tea or coffee and just exhale a little from the bustling city. To be honest, I haven't found any significant disadvantages for myself. Yes, the area is always very lively, but this is a feature of Eminenu, not the hotel itself. If I go to Istanbul again, the issue of choosing a place to live is already closed for me.

A magnificent hotel! Very cozy and clean, with a great location. The good-natured and helpful staff creates a truly warm atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, and there is a pleasant smell everywhere. Breakfast is a special treat, especially due to the stunning view! We stayed here for 10 days and were as satisfied as possible. We will definitely come back again! A magnificent hotel! Very cozy and clean, with an excellent location. The unusual thing is that the hotel is not located near the market, but right on the market itself) The entrance to the hotel is located between the counters, which is strange, but very funny)) We thought it would be noisy, but around 21, everyone or almost everyone closes and leaves. The hotel has a good location: a 5-minute walk to the pier, from which ferries go anywhere; attractions nearby. A good hotel if you just decide to walk around old Istanbul, everything is within walking distance, overlooking the Bosphorus, with access to the market, Istanbul University nearby, Suleiman Castle and many other attractions. There are no dental kits in the hotel. We had a private transfer and he couldn't take us to the entrance and we got a little lost, but the reception staff found us after my call to the hotel.☺️

The 4-star hotel corresponds to the declared category. Cozy interior, as if new rooms, decent bathroom, very clean. Breakfast on the top floor with stunning views of the mosque and golden bay. There is an important caveat, the hotel is literally located on the Egyptian market. Close to the center and historical sites. An excellent choice if you are not confused by the market atmosphere around.

A great hotel in a historic building, right next to the Egyptian Market. Beautiful interior. A cozy room with a gorgeous view, snow-white pastels, good cleaning. A cool restaurant on the top floor with a magnificent panoramic view. A good breakfast, high-quality dishes and, of course, the Panorama again! You can sit until lunch, enjoying the views from the balcony and delicious food. At the bottom, during the day, there is a small table set with sweets. The staff is friendly. We would love to return to this hotel again.

This is a dream hotel! When I saw it in the photo among thousands of hotels, I immediately realized that I wanted to live in it! Expectation and reality have coincided one hundred percent! We booked a room with a Terrace! The view is simply enchanting! The breakfasts are delicious, varied (buffet). Every day there was cleaning, new hygiene items, coffee, tea, water were put in. The hotel is in the Egyptian bazaar, but it is quiet in the evening and at night. Close to the main attractions, Galata Bridge and transport stops. The hotel is expensive, relative to many, but the bar is kept with dignity! I will definitely go back there again!

We were in September 2021. A delightful hotel: atmospheric, cozy, authentic and, at the same time, modern. Amazing room: comfortable, comfortable, loft-like, spacious. There is one large bed downstairs and a ladder leads to the second half-floor - there is another large bed. Here is such an interesting number! And very beautiful. The caring staff was pleased with a pleasant compliment at check-out. The location is ideal - Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar - everything is either right outside the threshold or 1-3 minutes. An interesting oriental breakfast on a stunningly beautiful roof: many different authentic dishes and you can try everything. However, there were two points: high pillows and lack of juice for breakfast (lemon and cherry drinks are not what you want in the morning). And so - a wonderful hotel and the price is good.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2022. The taxi driver couldn 't take me to the hotel door, I had to walk with a suitcase! And it is not surprising , because the entrance to the hotel is located on the shopping malls of the bazaar . Constant jostling of people . We were woken up in the room by the sound of heels and a trolley rolling overhead , there was a restaurant above us . The breakfasts are good, varied, with a beautiful view. The staff is polite. The price is very high for a hotel in the bazaar.

The breakfast is decent, there is both a local and an omelette with sausages. Coffee is free 24 hours. I can't hear the neighbors. Two features: entrance on market street. A taxi will not come here during working hours, only early in the morning and late in the evening, 5 minutes walk from the road. The view of the mosque is cool, but the megaphones call for the first prayer at 6:45.
