The Mercedes-Benz salon in Yerevan left me with neutral impressions. The range of cars was quite diverse, which made it possible to choose a model for every taste and budget. The service was at an average level: the staff answered questions, but did not show much enthusiasm. The atmosphere in the salon was calm, although sometimes you had to wait to get advice. In general, the visit to the salon passed without any complaints, but also without enthusiasm.

I came to the salon to buy a car, no one came up to me for 10 minutes and even personally called a consultant three times. Everyone just sits on their phones and says "no photos allowed."

I understand the sanctions, but if I am a Russian citizen, I live in Armenia, my children go to school and kindergarten in Armenia, I have a car in my name, I drive it, pay taxes for it, but I need spare parts for it, and they don't sell them to me because I don't have Armenian citizenship, but only Russian passport...... well, it's disgusting, no matter how they hide behind sanctions and so on. They could have informed the leadership in Germany or wherever they were that this car was really moving and was in Armenia. It has been owned by a certain person for several years.

По моему мнению, это наихудший сервис в Ереване. Заказ на ремонт приняли в январе, обещали через 2-3 недели, после получения необходимых деталей произвести ремонт. Я обратился к ним в надежде получить качественную работу учитывая, что они являются официальными представителями мерседесса. Оказалось, что я очень ошибся. Была конкретная проблема в автомобиле, о чем предупреждал дисплей компютера. После диагностики мне предъявили кучу других дефектов, которые не были безотлагательными, однако я согласился оплатить все в надежде, что они исправят основной дефект. Оплатил необходимую часть суммы. Обещанных 2-3 недель пришлось ждать 5 месяцев. Наконец пригласили, спустя 3 дня вернули авто, но заявили, что основной дефект из-за которого я к ним обратился не смогли устранить так-как необходимого специалиста у них нет. Качество остальной работы отвратительное, мощность авто намного уменьшилось, появились течи масла. По совету опытных товарищей обратился в другой сервис без громкого названия. Все дефекты качественно устранены, стоимость более чем в 2 раз дешевле. Сегодня руководство Сервиса связалось со мной с целью обсудить причины моего недовольства. Первое впечатление очень положительное, пригласили вновь привести автомобиль и устранить оставшиеся недостатки. Чувствуется ответственное отношение руководителя предприятия. Хотелось бы, чтобы мастера брали с него пример.
