I came to this store 2 times, tried to buy winter shoes. But it feels like there are 2 sellers working (one at the checkout, the second one rearranges something), once I got from the seller for starting to collect boxes for fitting and put them on some stack with her boxes. Instead of offering to help me take it to a place convenient for fitting, I was told-take away the boxes, put them somewhere else! I realized that I would not buy it that way and made an order on the website for 10-11 pairs at once. Upon arrival, they took them to the ottomans and forgot about me again...A friend helped me quickly try everything on and bring other sizes. The culmination was that some sellers argued whether I would buy or not and discussed it at the checkout during the payment. It was unpleasant, but I didn't have the strength to swear, I ended up trying on shoes.
