Второй раз приезжаем и второй раз сами бегаем по магазину в поисках того, что нужно, подходишь к консультантам тебя шлют на другой конец магазина, в другом конце магазина обращаешься за помощью тебя снова шлют в другой конец, а когда наконец найдешь отдел , тебя встретят некомпетентные продавцы которые не могут помочь, потому что не разбираются, очень нужна была помощь так как не разбираемся, сделать покупку не удалось, за такое обслуживание делать чек в этом магазине не хочется

Всегда относилась к этому магазину достаточно нейтрально, но когда закупали материал на ремонт квартиры, нашли все необходимое именно тут, очень хороший сервис персонала, Азат консультант в торговом зале, помог с выбором от сантехники до мебели в ванную комнату, дизайнер Денис отлично подобрал и рассчитал плитку, нам все хватило и ничего не осталось!

Хороший выбор товаров. Никакой суеты при покупке, консультация чёткая без лишних навязываний, доставка с подъёмом за умеренную плату. Также организован и возврат лишнего или неправильно купленного товара. Форма оплаты опять же любая, что очень удобно. Спасибо. 👍
