Лежал на лечении в неврологическом отделении в Медсервисе 20. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность зав. отделением Бурову Роману Сергеевичу и лечащему врачу Новиковой Дарье Сергеевне , а также всему мед.персоналу за их высокий профессионализм и отношение к пациентам. Особое внимание хочу обратить на качественное питание в этой больнице и сервис.Огромное спасибо.

Ходила на платный приём с пожилой мамой, понравилась запись по терминалу, очередь 1-2 человека, всё быстро, недалеко касса и направили в 216 каб. к терапевту, очень понравилась врач,(к сожалению не запомнила фамилии), всё распросила, осмотрела, внимательно слушала жалобы мамы, назначила анализы и лечение. Спасибо🌹

16 июля - отвратительная работа кассы и отдела платных услуг!!! Почему пациенты должны страдать из-за того, что кто-то не закрыл нормально смену??? Я пришла за полчаса до приема врача, в результате полчаса не могла оплатить и опоздала к врачу. Мне даже не предложили сначала пройти врача, а потом оплатить. Раз проблема с оплатой не моя!!! Более того у кассира не было сдачи наличкой, оплатить с помощью телефона в больнице нет возможности. Об этом нужно предупреждать заранее во время записи на платную услугу!!!! Пациент принёс деньги, но не может оплатить!!!! В результате я не прошла врача, потратила своё время, приехав с другого конца города!
