There was a girl working at the checkout, I don't know what her name was (a distinctive feature, she smiled very sweetly with dimples)if there were badges, it would be simpler, praise her separately, she did not lose face. She was great! She is very polite and smiling, despite the influx of people at lunch. I quickly placed an order, specified the sauces, and all this with such a positive attitude that the mood immediately lifted. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food! Both in durums and in doner, the chicken is so dry that it is impossible to chew it!!! The price on the website for doner Caesar is 10 rubles and kopecks. When the order was already placed, they called and told me to pay 2 rubles extra or they would remove the order. They didn't put any napkins either. Minus 5 if it were possible, I would have put it. Hello! If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do it with confidence! I wanted to try a cheese set at MS doner in Trinity Shopping Mall. Before that, I ordered Yandex delivery and everything was fine. It's funny to start with the fact that all the tables and floors are terribly dirty, it's clear that this is the responsibility of the cleaners, but there are plenty of employees to fix this problem, it's really unpleasant for people to sit in such places. The waiting time is definitely the only plus, and these stars are for it. The staff in the kitchen is clearly not working out their Salary, the potatoes were completely cold and in some places raw (there was not even time to ask to warm up, I was in a hurry) I have a big question for the one who collected the order, as it was possible to give people cold potatoes, it feels great even with gloves. The next point is the cheese shawarma, very hard (NOT CRISPY), where there are too many layers of dough, burnt in places, barely chewed, the meat is not bad, but half of the greens are clearly not fresh, the cucumbers have generally lost their taste and shrunk. The cheese sauce is not cheesy at all, in some kind of excuse me, jar from the analyzes, it is completely chemical, not a single note of cheese at all, but that's okay, the appearance is not marketable for sure! The label for the entire sauce with the expiration date clearly shouldn't have been there (at least under the jar). In short, I'm not happy.
