I often visit this store, I like the interior. And lately, somehow, it turns out that I constantly get replaced by Maxim and Nadezhda. The guys are working very smoothly, without too much fuss. I was pleasantly surprised that they understood each other literally from half a word, one begins a sentence, the other already finishes and delivers the right box. The service is comfortable, not intrusive, but everything is on point. Even household chemicals are now more pleasant to buy. Thanks guys. Next time for the dishes, just to you)

It's a great store. I bought frying pans and gel for a washing machine, before that I bought a refrigerator (but in a showroom and through an online store). The technique is wonderful, the gel is great, it removes stains, and the frying pan for 60 rubles is just a cannon bomb. Nothing burns, no oil is needed practically. At the same time, the consultant did not show proper professionalism.: He did not ask about the type of our stove and did not warn that there are different types of dishes for different types of surfaces. As a result, the purchased bucket turned out to be unsuitable for use on the induction hob that is installed at our house. I had to give the goods to my relatives, as there was no desire to waste time on an exchange or refund. Such inattentive attitude to customers and lack of competent advice when choosing a product forces us to refuse further purchases in your store.
