Watch repair is a separate love of mine. I have a lot of watches, I just come here to service them. Guarantee and quality. Sharpening knives, repairing clothes. I applied to repair a manicure machine, knowing exactly what is broken. Order 197. A couple of days later I received the device, with the words "it can't be repaired, the board has burned out, it needs to be changed." Without mentioning that there was any work. Only now, a month later, I opened it to see what was there. And what do I see? The elements were replaced, the soldering is terrible, (soldering iron for 3p?), the board under the element just burned out. Photos before and after are attached. It's probably useless to swear, it's been a month, they'll say they broke it themselves. Disgusting service. In addition, there is a fact of falsification of documents, in the order form the word (burned) is written on top of other ink 🤗

I took the glasses to the frame repair (soldering of one leg was needed), discussed all the points with the master, promised to do everything carefully and paint over the traces of repair on the glossy frame. I was very shocked when I saw the "repair" from these craftsmen, both shackles were shortened, the frame was bent in several places from traces of soldering, light spots on the shackles (possibly from the resin with which the craftsmen made repairs). After I asked why the masters did not paint over these spots, I received the answer that you can do it yourself with nail polish. Glasses in the trash, I don't really understand why it was necessary to undertake this repair and give the glasses in this form, if initially all the conditions were negotiated over the phone and I made it clear to the master what result I expect. I do not advise you to contact this place in order to repair the frames of your glasses👎
