Great store! We went from Kemer to Massimo Dutti and Zara. It's better to arrive early on weekdays because there are fewer people. Everything at Massimo is perfect - the flavors, the cleanliness, and the perfect choice! You can apply for Tax free, but considering the% return in Turkey, it makes sense to do this only for very large purchases.

Russian-speaking consultants openly ignore requests for help. One of them was talking in Russian to someone in the hall, and when I approached, she said bluntly that she didn't want to look for anything. There was a second one in the fitting room, with whom I communicated only in English (as it turned out later, she spoke excellent Russian), she answered me 6 things that either there was no size, or go to the gym and look for herself. While I was periodically going to the fitting, she also told more than 10 people in front of me that there were no sizes, like they were out. In the end, I went to the Turkish woman and miraculously she found everything for me. Such supposedly "useful" Russian-speaking employees should simply be fired.

I love things from this store But this was the first time I had encountered such rudeness, I was made clear that no one in this store can speak Russian (a woman with short hair at the checkout) although before that, the store employees had spoken in Russian in the fitting room. In general, at first they couldn't count the money, then they couldn't arrange the tax free. I've already paid for everything and put it in a suitcase, they started demanding things back to clarify the article. My child no longer knew where to put herself from fatigue and a very long wait. The women at the checkout started behaving inappropriately, being rude to me in response. I couldn't make a purchase. When I came out, the cashier chased me and threatened me. I'm terrified.

There are no complaints about the quality of things, Massimo Dutti makes nice things, although the choice here is modest. 20 percent of the new collection was presented. Things at the checkout are postponed for 30 minutes at most, I arrived at the 31st minute, please run around the hall looking for my things. Pepper adds complexity to the payment. The world is not accepted, and you can only pay up to 7000 rubles in cash at a time. They work slowly, inattentively. While I was standing in line, I saw several errors when counting other customers' purchases. The service is much inferior to the level that we observed in Moscow in the shops of Massimo Dutti. But still, this is some kind of opportunity to buy things of your favorite brand, and it's wonderful!
