There were two pieces of pistachio shell in my sandwich. After discovering them, I decided not to continue eating, as I was concerned there might be more. When I informed the waiter about the issue, there was unfortunately no reaction or acknowledgment, as if this was something normal. I would also like to note that I had already paid the bill before bringing this to their attention, so this was not about receiving compensation or a discount. This is a matter of customer service, professionalism, and the way such situations are handled.

The coffee and desserts were really good, but I think the staff need more training. They charged 3000 AMD for the classic croissant, which seems like a mistake. I only noticed it after I left.

My wife and I went in and everything seemed OK at first glance, but it was strange that I had to order coffee separately. The woman next to the cakes took the order and didn't say anything, then the waiter came over and said the drinks needed to be ordered separately. The prices are also different for each product, you think for different portions, but it's a difference if you take it with you or eat it inside. We sat down, started eating, and suddenly a huge fly flew in. It's clear that it's summer, but you need to keep the sticky tape or spray it. And in general, the prices for such a service are quite high. Although the cakes are very tasty.

I've seen reviews about poor service - I have a completely different experience, but I get there before 11 a.m. Everything is fine with the service, as well as with the quality of the dishes. There is something to work on for the service. I hope the owners will notice my comment. I really like the food in this place, the atmosphere in it, I live nearby and would love to go to Marush more often, but every time I come across some strange service: young employees who may not have experience in the role of waiters. But even the not-quite-young waitresses are also behaving strangely: it takes a million years to repeat the wine (sitting on the terrace), in the end they got up themselves and went to the bar to order, the waiters either do not follow the guests or do not want to see them? The customer stays by himself and instead of enjoying the atmosphere sits and tries to catch the waiter. Then the waitress forgets about it, and you keep waiting and waiting (we were watching the waitress and her behavior, I'm sorry). Please pay attention to this point, it's not serious. I would not like the institution to close later because of this staff problem.

The desserts are delicious, I really liked the cake, there are no questions. The place is nice, cozy, you can sit and chat. But I didn't understand one thing — why write that you work until 22:00, if already at 21:00 the staff starts to show that you are not particularly happy here? They said something like, "we're actually closing already," even though there's still plenty of time before the end of the hour. Oh, and yes, the quality has changed terribly, the taste is no longer the same!!
