Thank you for the delivery from Georgia to Berlin. We ordered delivery for about 70 kg of our personal belongings and everything worked out perfectly. On German side the parcel is delivered by UPS, so expect it to be delivered to your door on a particular day from their trekking schedule without calling you in advance. Also you can register in UPS and ask them to change the date of the delivery using support.

We transported 65 kg of personal belongings from Yekaterinburg to Tbilisi. I hope my review will help those who, like me, were worried that delivery could only be from Moscow. From the first contact with a really smart bot at TG, it became clear that we only wanted to collaborate with Mark'n'post. I asked all the questions I was interested in, we wanted to keep personal belongings and equipment. First, we had a calculation done for all our cargo. They told me what was worth keeping and what was more expensive to transfer than buying a new one. We made some calculations. Then we called each other and got answers to all our questions. Since they immediately told us what the price consists of, how it is considered, how best to pack, how much the price is per kg, and so on. We knew exactly how much the final price of our delivery would be. As a result, we refused to transport equipment, and we transported only personal belongings: 3 boxes of 60×40×40 and one box of 50×30×30 = 65 kg. Since I was advised on the best way to pack my things, I was able to pack everything as close to the volume weight as possible and not overpay for air. Then, at the appointed time, the SDEK courier came to me, loaded all 4 of my seemingly huge boxes in a minute, and the things went to Vladikavkaz. In the SDEK app, I could track my movements and not worry that they were lost. Then, on time, the things were delivered to the guys' warehouse in Tbilisi and on the same day, the Yandex delivery arrived at my house. The items were repackaged in new boxes, but everything was in place, nothing was lost, nothing was broken, torn, or even covered in dust. Everything is neatly repackaged. I really liked the attention to me as a client, of which it would seem there are a lot, but I really felt an individual approach and attentiveness to me. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and there was real interest in my feedback. As a customer service manager, it's sooooo nice. When the service is at its best, this is already half the success. If you're worried and looking for a really awesome delivery service for your stuff, choose the guys and don't waste time searching. The price is absolutely justified. Everything is at the highest level, we will definitely contact Mark'n'post only at the next move!

A very unpleasant experience. I applied for parcel delivery from Tbilisi to New York: personal belongings, 4 pairs of shoes, weight about 3 kg. At first, they gave me a guideline of about 85 €. After specifying the dimensions, the amount suddenly increased to € 285. Formally, they explain this by volume weight, but the problem is not in the formula, but in the way it was served. I wrote in advance that I wanted to take the box from them and that I needed help with shipping. Instead of a normal consultation, choosing the right package, or trying to reduce my bulk weight, they just considered it an expensive option and started repeating the template answers. When I wrote directly that I needed a person, not a template, I received a reply again in the style of “we have already written to you above.” This is not a support or a service. As a result, the feeling is this: first they call a pleasant price, then the amount increases more than three times, and when the client asks for help to figure it out, he is simply rejected by the formula. I don't recommend it. Opaque communication, weak support, and a complete lack of desire to really help the client.

The delivery time is excellent: dispatch on December 22, receipt on December 31. That's where the advantages end. All my personal belongings were opened, sorted and completely repacked without my consent. The boxes are replaced, the contents are mixed. Some of the items are lost, some are damaged. Some items, including bed linen, arrived dirty. Personal and intimate things were moved by someone else's hands. Everything was agreed upon before shipment: photos of the cargo, weight, signatures on the boxes. The company is not cheap, I deliberately chose it, counting on accuracy and careful attitude. In fact, I got the opposite. The compensation was received only exactly three weeks later. All this time, I had to independently look for analogues of lost items, prove the value, correspond and seek compensation for damaged and lost property. Bottom line: the timing is good. Handling personal belongings and dealing with the consequences are unacceptable. If it is important for you that your belongings are not opened or sorted without approval, I recommend that you think very carefully before choosing.
