The service is at zero! To serve the client , and next to it is a stroller with a child. Have you seen this anywhere? You won't see anything like that in this salon!) Dirty sofas. (hair everywhere) Discussing everything over a cup of coffee is for them. Have you signed up for a master? You wanted to go to a specific master, but an hour before you, the client (another one) decided that he needed a haircut in addition to a haircut, and your record would be transferred to another master! We decided to tell the owner about the situation .In principle, I wasn't surprised by the answer "relax", don't you like it? Don't come! That is, the client was sent far away. The owner is satisfied with the dirt in the salon and the fact that the employee is breastfeeding on the one hand and cutting the client's hair on the other. The salon owner decided to leave the dialogue, writing that SHE was not interested in the customer's opinion and did not want to receive feedback!! PS THERE ARE NO WORDS, ONLY EMOTIONS FROM VISITING THIS SALON! I don't recommend it.
