We had a family vacation for 2 weeks in Mandarin. It is a very calm and quiet place, just like the city of Ochamchira itself. There is a market nearby, and the sea is 15 minutes away, not 10, as they say, we measured it several times. The most important thing is that the owner takes you on wonderful excursions, to which any agents are unlikely to take you and you are unlikely to be shown places that the owner of the Mandarin shows. If you want to see eastern Abkhazia, I highly recommend it!

Perfectly! We had a great time. It was cozy and comfortable, as if we were just visiting. I'm stopping for the second time. It's a beautiful place! Made with love - beautifully and with care for the guests. May all good, kind people stay here! You'll really like it. Ochamchira is for those who prefer a relaxing holiday. The sea is nearby. The mountains are close. Shops and the market are five minutes away from Mandarinka. The sea is no more than 10 minutes away. Equipped kitchen, convenient for storing groceries and cooking. You can arrange meals with the hosts. Or additionally eat in a cafe. Personally, my favorites are Volna (on the shore, with a magnificent view of the sea) or Alexandria (near Mandarin). The most delicious coffee is in a small cafe behind the House of Culture. If there are concerts in the House of Culture, go! There are wonderful original concerts. The most important reason why Mandarin is recommended is the care of the owners, the beauty of the place, very aesthetically pleasing, and purely domestic amenities, the center, everything is close. Everything you need for a good holiday!

We stayed in Mandarin with our family in July 2026. A guest house for lovers of a calm and measured rest. There is a market nearby where you can buy seasonal fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and hot pita bread. To the right of the entrance to the market, I recommend a cafe where Shorina cooks delicious homemade food. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Thanks to Myron and Nana for the warm welcome at home, their responsiveness and interesting excursions around Eastern Abkhazia. I wish you success and prosperity!

We went to Abkhazia for the first time, the whole family arrived in Sukhum on June 25, where we were met by a car from the Mandarin guest house and took to Ochamchira to the guest house itself.We stopped by for 15 days, the hosts are very polite and hospitable, the feeling that we arrived like home, there were no questions, and if there were, they answered them with joy, showed us everything, told us where the market is, where what shops are and how to get to the sea.The guest house is clean and tidy,everything is fine in the room, there were no questions,everything is clean, everything is working properly, in general all amenities including air conditioning.Housing prices pleased, There is an opportunity to go on excursions, the owner of the house is an excellent guide who knows all of Abkhazia, all the most beautiful places and history, which is very important when you go on excursions.At the end of the rest, we were also taken to Sukhum before the transfer, the impressions of the rest in the guest house and in Abkhazia itself remained only positive, we will go to the same house in the new year.I want to thank the hosts for a wonderful holiday and wish them good health.

We rest in this beautiful place 2 times a year, for the 3rd year. With family, friends (who are already with us to return there from year to year). A quiet and peaceful place to relax body and soul. Comfortable rooms with conditions, incredibly delicious breakfasts, the owners of the hotel are incredible people, they have a separate place in their heart, I can't imagine this guest house without them. The sea is clean, 10 minutes on foot, the beach is never crowded, silence, incredible nature and peace.

We are not vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time. This time we chose this guest house to tour the eastern part. And they didn't shake it. Of course, this is not a 5-star hotel where presidents relax, but in quite cozy rooms where they can relax after spending time at the sea or trips to the mountains. A cozy courtyard where you can park a car, gazebos and a terrace. Friendly, polite and helpful hosts with whom you can chat while sitting on the terrace. In general, everything is fine!

It's a great place. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot, if you walk slowly. The market/grocery store/cafe is 3 minutes away. The silence is complete. The room has a shower, toilet, washbasin and air conditioning, private entrance. The kitchen is summer, which also has everything you need. Friendly hosts, they will meet, feed, tell you everything) I recommend it!

This is the best place on earth :)) especially for those who seek a quiet measured rest! Comfortable rooms , hospitable hosts ! The sea, mountains and pristine nature, everything you need for a wonderful time of spending and enjoying life ! We had a rest back in September 2021. I still couldn't write. And finally I got ready. They wanted to escape from the hustle and bustle with their husband. They just poked their finger at one of the many mini-hotels. And they didn't miss it. I liked everything. The hostess is Marina, very hospitable. They took the breakfasts, they were very tasty and even asked for suggestions on what to cook. A quiet, relaxing holiday. The sea is clear. If you like outdoor activities with hiking trips, then this is not here. Although we took guided tours. We were offered a very pleasant driver and a car from the hotel

Rest is for people who appreciate regularity, peace and quiet. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. The beaches are always sparsely populated. Reasonable prices. In general, it is not a party place, for a relaxing holiday. The hosts are responsive and it is possible to arrange any excursions both to famous places and to little-known places.
