had high expectations, but the service at Mandarini was a letdown. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was slow, inattentive, and got our orders wrong twice. The food was mediocre, and the overall experience was ruined by the staff's unprofessional and indifferent attitude. I won’t be returning.

We ordered khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian style for lunch. The hall was half empty, there was no music. Everything was quickly brought and served. The waiter understands Russian well. Khinkali may seem sharp to the untrained, but that's how they should be.

Very tasty Adjarian khachapuri, shish kebab, Mexican potatoes and wine. It cost 60 GEL for everything (there is no standard "tip" margin). The staff speaks Russian. The order arrived in 10-15 minutes, and a Georgian sang beautifully in the hall. I really liked the place!

We were in Kobuleti, and I satisfied my "sporting interest" in which khinkali restaurant tastes better. In my personal rating, this restaurant, albeit by a minimal margin, became the winners.))) In principle, there can be no delicious khinkali in Georgia, but it was in this restaurant that I remember them as the most delicious. The restaurant itself is very cozy. Live music in the evenings with a wonderful performer's voice. The dishes are very diverse Everything we ordered was of high quality. I certainly recommend this restaurant.

We visited this cafe on 07/20/2026 very comfortable tables. nice staff. we took Turkish coffee, mahito and a combination pizza . Turkish coffee is very strong. delicious and inexpensive. Mahito is very refreshing and delicious! It's a big glass, it looks nice. it justified its price . The combined pizza is very tasty and satisfying. We had a rest in Kabuleti, went to the Mandarin restaurant for dinner, at the entrance we were greeted by very friendly waiters, escorted to a table.We ordered Greek salad, khinkali, chicken kebab, the waiter said that the khinkali should wait 40 minutes, but they arrived much earlier, this is with a full seat in the hall, they are gorgeous for the khinkali. We are guests from Kaluga and have our own Georgian restaurant , so we know a lot about khinkali , the Kindzmarauli sauce with vinegar is simply divine , the service is fast , the staff is friendly , we will be in Kabul until 08/15/25 and we will come for dinner every evening . For me personally, the best restaurant in Kobuleti. Everything is very tasty, large portions. Even the three of them couldn't eat the Caesar salad. Khinkali is amazing. Polite staff, the manager is very attentive, solved our problem in a second. The owner is very respectful to the guests.

The order was accepted for a long time, they probably heard Russian, then they wanted to transfer it, with an occupancy rate of less than 10% in the hall. Russian russians brought the order only for the 1st person and explained that this was how we ordered it... /the order was accepted by a girl who does not speak Russian and a Russian-speaking boy came to her aid/. When paying, they brought a special terminal for Georgian cards, although I warned that we needed an international terminal. That's the kind of "good mood" we got by visiting this place, lunch and evening were ruined.

A good cafe, khinkali is delicious, shish kebab too, the service is excellent, but 2 stars had to be removed for some dishes!! We ordered the salads, it feels like they were stuffed with giblets, a lot of pepper and served!! Julienne was without chicken, it seems that in Kobuleti they don't know how to cook it at all, I ordered it in different establishments, Julienne has the same name.

The kharcho is kind of delicious, but instead of meat, it's a piece of tendon and bone. In a word, it turns out who gets lucky. Although the waitresses were friendly.

The most difficult experience. I suffer from gastroesophageal reflux. Briefly, the muscle that locks the gastric juice is weak. Sometimes, after a bad meal (mostly fatty in oil), heartburn begins. It is treated with a pill. Rarely, but it happens. To the point The waiter is a great girl. But the kitchen is the worst experience in life. My whole family didn't like it, but if they could "survive," I couldn't. 3 hours after eating, a cough appeared - a new form for me. After driving into the night, heartburn and acid poisoning. 4 tablets of Gastal did not save the situation, at the same time I drank Gaviscon. The liver burned in a frying pan with butter has done its job. Sometimes the food is salty, peppery or spicy. But I have never eaten food with a taste of acute throbbing pain. The rest of the dishes did not look like a two without this assessment. Therefore, take care of yourself. Good health and kindness!

The food makes you fall in love with this place. Very tasty. The service time is very short and we manage to eat even in a hurry. However, we came here on the evening of 07/13/2024 and sat on the glazed veranda (the far hall from the entrance), a waitress came up to us, who practically did not understand Russian and when we asked about sour cream or garlic sauce, she said that sour cream was not served, and the sauce was water and garlic. (We took sour cream to khinkali every time, so we said so and still, they brought it to us). There was also very loud music that evening, but that's why we sat in the back hall, where it didn't bother us. The saddest thing that day was that the youngest child waited more than an hour for his order, there was only a chicken kebab and, apparently, during this time the chicken was raised for us personally. Maybe if it was our first time, we wouldn't have come anymore. But since we had already come here before, we just continued to sit at the table where we always eat and where the waiters understand what we want. We continue to come here every day and even today (07/15/2024) we had lunch here.

They ate it. They asked for an invoice. And .. tadam gets a bill for 6. And this is 30 lari. Stop talking, I'm thinking. Where and what is wrong. What's wrong is that there weren't four of them. It was for two and for six. We just ate for six. The numbers 4 and 6 are clearly on the menu. And the numbers 2 are not there. I am attaching a photo. I don't recommend going there to eat. They're cheating. The administrator was called. The admin throws up his hands and says that it's the only way and not otherwise. We didn't argue further, but we won't go there anymore and we don't advise you.

Of the cons: they ordered khinkali, asked the waitress in advance about the sharpness, warned that children would eat, received confirmation that khinkali was not spicy, as a result they received spicy khinkali.
