Among the many places of this type, this place is filled with positivity and understanding of their business. Polite staff, delicious coffee (especially ice lattes), cleanliness and pleasant interior! I was very pleased with the PET FRIENDLY rule. When I asked for a cup to pour water for the dog (+30 outside), I did not encounter neglect or reading out a bunch of rules that are not allowed, etc. It is clear that among the collective farm stereotypes and outdated misconceptions throughout the CIS regarding pets, SHAG is a modern and high-quality space for recreation. Thank you^^) 07/26/26

I was very disappointed to visit this coffee shop. The coffee at that price wasn't tasty enough — I expected more. We were also disappointed by the restrictions on the choice of syrups: there are very few of them, and it is not indicated anywhere which syrups are available, the taste of the syrups leaves much to be desired. In addition, the volume of drinks is the same — it's not very convenient if you want more or less. I hope the management will pay attention to these points and improve the quality and assortment.

It's a great place. Very tasty coffee. A wide range of coffee beans and ground. And the coolest thing is when you come and you don't have to say what you want to buy-regular customers are remembered in person and their preferences are remembered.

It is a pity that the grinding coffee is not tuned to the word at all. I took a berry today, the disappointment of the century. Terrible acidity, the taste is loose, empty.

The lovely female employees were cleaning an already clean showcase. I love "Shag" for its atmosphere, it's always kind of homey. I often visit them at the Kristall shopping center. I really like the employee Anastasia. She is competent, always in a good mood and charges everyone with this positive feeling.

I tried different coffees from the assortment, including the summer menu, and the classic cappuccino turned out to be the most optimal: good roasting of the beans, mild taste. I decided to try coffee with alternative milk (the doctor forbade drinking it from animal origin), and asked for a milder taste. First of all, it would be good for the buyer to know the volume, I was not warned that it would be a meager volume, but in this case it is even good. Just enter the volume in the menu! Secondly, the taste of the cappuccino on coconut with syrup turned out to be so nuclear that I decided that I had mixed up the glass and took someone's Americano. My stomach went into a coma from such overcooked coffee. It was soooo bad that even a 3 in 1 was almost a Starbucks. 10p coffee and 30p pills are not an investment according to the canon of Elon Musk

It used to be the most delicious coffee. But now it's just a horror( We ordered an Ice latte, as a result, when they gave it away, there was almost no ice there. Another time, they also ordered an Ice latte, but everything was really bad here. The taste of water mixed with milk and a little syrup. They asked to redo it and eventually did the same thing. It is clear that there is less coffee in a Latte than milk, but not that much. We haven't even drunk half of it. Very disappointed!
