I can't communicate with support at all. There is no response window, or the dialog goes into the archive and the response is not visible (if there was one at all). The day-night tariff is still unclear what it is at all

A beautiful and kind girl helped me to issue a sim card in Russian. Thanks! 🙏

We were advised by a nice girl who spoke Russian. I bought two SIM cards, at a price twice cheaper than at the border. The only thing that was not clear was why the money from the account ran out, that for the second week it was not enough to buy the same unlimited package and I had to deposit the money again.
