8 or 9 floors of shopping for every taste and budget. All at once in one place. You can get a card for free, which will earn points for purchases. There is a place to eat inside. A store for an entire block in size with a bunch of exits. I only found out in the 3rd year that there is also a basement. And I didn't go to the last two, there are not clothes, but all sorts of utensils for the house.

That's what I like about Macy's - you can try everything on and try it out, including furniture. You can lie on the bed, on the mattress, rock, feel if it suits you. Later, this "display model" will be returned to the manufacturer or sold as a "display" for half the price. Manufacturers send the model in advance for review, and assume that it will be "killed", and many buyers try to buy display, because although it is twice as cheap, it is practically a new copy. I remember having a similar experience in Russia, I was in a furniture store and sat down on a sofa there, which I looked at, but did not know whether to buy. God, what was there... The saleswoman: "What are you doing?", two Chechen guards came running, pulled me under the arms, the owner of the store rushed in: "Buy it now," she says, "or we'll call the police!". I suffered a lot that day. Of course, there was no more talk of any purchase in that store. And that's why I love America! And Macy's, of course!

And it is extremely difficult to prove that the parcel has not been received. The delivery service shies away from communication when you explain to them that the courier had no right not to hand over the parcel under the signature! They just lie stupidly. It is extremely difficult to get the money back, only through a lawyer and even if you live in the USA. In the Russian Federation, the postal and courier service is incomparably better.
