The craftsmen are polite, they know their job. I went for a manicure, it's perfect. It wears very well. It has become my favorite salon. I also want to attend other procedures. Good afternoon. I want to share my review of the Luna beauty salon. I've been here twice for eyebrow correction, as well as manicures. One of the last times the recording was too long for me, I found a place in another salon earlier, I warned in advance about the cancellation by writing on Instagram. To which the salon responded with a "thumbs down" reaction. The next time, after a long time, I decided to contact the salon again, I signed up the groom on May 25 for a men's manicure on June 5 (our wedding on June 6). On the evening of June 4, the administrator, Danila, wrote to me asking me to make a cash payment. I replied that I could not pay in cash (there were reasons for this, there is one card and it is not RB, which takes a large deduction from the cash withdrawal at the ATM). I was told that they would think about what could be done. On the morning of June 5, I was informed that the service could not be performed and the recording was canceled.It was suggested to make an appointment for another day. Naturally, being in a somewhat agitated state before his wedding, the service broke down and added confusion. I expressed my regret about the incident, told about the date of the wedding, and also about my unwillingness to contact the salon anymore. And she got out of the correspondence. Out of the corner of my eye, I received a message on my phone that they were offering to pay for the service a little later, but they would do it for me. After a few minutes, my record is canceled on its own!!!! And they delete their own messages about the possibility of paying on another day (I would have refused, since I myself am uncomfortable leaving without paying). But my record was removed! This behavior and arbitrariness raises many questions for the salon, tells me about the extremely low level of professionalism and ethics towards the client. I don't want anyone to fall into the "hands" of the salon. Pass by!!!!
