Regarding the condition of the building itself, it's a terrible thing, in winter it's like sitting on the street, they were saved only by heaters, and please do the repair of double-glazed windows at your own expense, the administration didn't care that you pay them fabulous money. Elevators are always breaking down, if you have a lot of goods being delivered and you are not on the ground floor, then get ready for regular battles for the freight elevator, despite the fact that it is already breathing hard. If you need to resolve some issue with the administration, you will have to wait long and hard, ignore it and that's it, well, or they are rude regularly. If you move in here, it's only at your own risk, because you won't be allowed to move out of here either, if anything happens.
