A great little hotel in the very center of Ijevan, with panoramic windows. The owner of the hotel helped to lower the suitcase, for which he is very grateful. The embankment is within walking distance, there are banks, cafes and a market nearby. Of such frivolous disadvantages, I would note that there is no elevator, and the stairs are high, and it was cool because it was autumn, but not critical. Overall, I liked everything.

Nice hotel. Clean linen and towels, the room itself is clean, the water is hot, there is a kettle, refrigerator and hairdryer, and even bathrobes. Overall, a great option for an overnight stay on the way. Of the minor disadvantages: the mattress is too hard (springs are felt) and the water in the shower does not drain well. It was also cool, we tried to keep warm with the air conditioner, but it didn't really work). For the price offered, I consider it a decent option for an overnight stay. Be sure to go to the cafe downstairs, incredibly cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes, lovely hostess. Handmade souvenirs made by local craftsmen can also be purchased.
