Very cool interior and service! The biggest problem is to book for the next day or two, you need a lot in advance. The food is average, some good, some not so good: Carpaccio and venison tonnato were different from the photo: there were no greens on the venison, and there was much more sauce in the photo - in fact, there was a very thin layer that was missing. The portions were smaller. In carpaccio, there is a postscript in the name "with Polessky boletus", but their number is comparable to the molecular level. In general, these positions look like an overprice for what you get. Very tasty beef steak. Cocktails and dessert pear are very good. And the biggest disappointment is the draniki. There are a lot of people following them to a "tourist" place, but instead there was a pile of raw potatoes. The sauce with mushrooms is great for them, but if my mother had seen such draniki, she would have kicked the cook in the ass! Yes, it's a full landing, but definitely not giving such a dish to the gym.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk. The waiters are young, funny guys, they do everything smartly and with jokes. The hall is beautifully and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is simply bombastic. The national dishes presented are very tasty. We tried borscht with bacon and dumplings, pork ribs with mashed potatoes, pancakes with mushrooms and sour cream. For dessert, we tried "bulba" - the serving in the ground was very funny and yes, the earth is edible! I liked everything, especially the borscht - it's just top-notch!

We went to this place after the tour. The girl at the entrance said that it was necessary to book a table in advance, but still found a table for five. The interior is atmospheric, the hall is clean. We ordered borscht with pampushki and bacon for everyone, a knuckle, a herring with potatoes and, of course, a "cool" herring (the weather was suitable for a snowdrift). The waiter was very friendly and polite, served quickly and accurately. The service is fast. The food is excellent, you can lick your fingers. I recommend it for local residents and especially for guests of the capital.

It's really a very cool place! All the food we ordered, it was impossible to get away from it. I advise you to order borscht and branded smoked bacon (it has a spectacular presentation). Bruschetta with duck and onion, pate, salads, pickles - everyone wanted to admire. As guests of the capital, we were pleasantly surprised by the service. Before that, we went to Bulbashi and did not understand the HYPE at all - the waiters are lazy, inattentive, spoiled. The food is served for a long time and the price tag is bent, while you need to book strongly in advance. For what? We couldn't even finish one dish (delicious, but very fatty and high in calories). You'd better go to Litviny on Sverdlov and you definitely won't regret it. Great view on the veranda to boot! We didn't book, but we waited, literally, for 10 minutes. They left in a great mood and very full.

I was immediately pleased with the convenience of booking through the website, where the seats are displayed and you can choose any table you like. I think it's better to book in advance, boarding is complete on Saturday evening. Now in order: - a very beautiful and cozy interior, a large, not cramped space, all the decor is beautifully selected - the menu design itself was impressive, it was done great - the service and communication with the waiters are as comfortable as possible, I have positive impressions. - the history of Belarusian cuisine is written on the craft paper intended for the dish stand. Very entertaining - all the dishes were very tasty and interesting in the combination of ingredients. I really liked the tartare, which really tastes like beef. - I would like to highlight the appetizer "bread with bacon on coals" separately. It tastes like something from my childhood, when I just fried it on a campfire and took it off a stick. - dessert "bulba" is amazing and very tasty, despite its simplicity I definitely recommend this establishment, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail and complemented by excellent service. A pear in a haze is not just a dessert, but a small show on the table. Meat dishes are juicy, rich in taste, with a good balance of sauces and side dishes. Salads are fresh, bright, not "just greens on a plate", but full-fledged interesting dishes. Everything is served neatly, aesthetically pleasing and very appetizing. The atmosphere is cozy and conducive to a family dinner and a meeting with friends. Overall, the impressions are very positive: delicious, beautiful, sincere and with excellent service. We were very lucky to have a table at lunchtime, 2 hours passed unnoticed, very tasty and unusual lemonades, amazing spectacular desserts and delicious dishes from the main menu. Marinated zucchini salad is something unique and extraordinarily tasty, excellent cold with the addition of mashed potatoes. The staff is very polite and friendly. The only downside is the lunch menu, there was very little fish and it was just edible, not at all at the level of this restaurant. It's a pity we weren't so hungry to grab a steak or cheeks, we definitely should come back.

The menu design is very interesting, as a placemat they offered a sheet of craft paper with a description of the culinary features of the country, the organization of catering in the history of Belarus, so you can read and discuss. We ordered national dishes: borscht with pampushki and several types of pancakes. Everything is very tasty, but the favorite is draniki with porcini mushroom sauce. For dessert, they took the potato cake, it is served with a performance and at the same time it is very tasty, although small. For four adults, we left about 5.5 thousand Russian rubles for dinner, ate enough, and had decent portions.

I can't tell you how delicious everything was for me. Tinctures, especially krambambula, are bombastic. The draniki are standard, without excess fat, with the perfect sauce and a fairly large portion. Green salad with duck is simple, but very tasty. Everything is perfect: from the fragrance in the toilet to the comfortable napkins on the tables. Friendly but not intrusive waiters, very warm atmosphere without unnecessary pathos. The prices are very reasonable for food of this level. There is music, but not loud, and the menu is national, but without cranberries. The perfect organization of the whole process, it is clear that all the stages of the guest's stay have been worked out and it's all for good reason. I'll definitely come back to try the borscht and desserts, it didn't fit today, but I heard enthusiastic cheers from the neighboring tables. Our first dinner in Minsk was held in this wonderful establishment. We were celebrating a birthday and we didn't want to make a mistake with the choice of a place for such an occasion. According to high ratings and reviews, Litvinov was chosen. And we didn't lose it! The dishes, the atmosphere, the service are a delight! Goulash soup, sorcerers - very tasty, satisfying and beautiful! The waiter (unfortunately, I did not remember the name) is a very attentive and friendly young man to each guest. Separately, I would like to mention the veranda - an excellent location away from the roadway (as is the case with most establishments), fenced and cozy. It was very nice to receive a dessert as a gift (no less delicious than everything else we tried), to watch its beautiful presentation and hear the wishes! :) Thank you! A great place to explore the local cuisine! - A cold drink with mashed potatoes, just excited the receptors, tasted the dish for the first time. -Sorcerers with mushrooms (like dumplings) are wonderful, bacon and pumpkin puree go well together. -the veal steak is delicious and juicy, in a sauce of cones, the cones themselves faded into the background, a brighter taste was expected. But on the last day before the plane, we decided to come here, and this restaurant won our hearts. With the available prices, the level of service, the comfort of visitors and, most importantly, the taste of the dishes should be an order of magnitude higher. I don't pretend to be a culinary critic, but I believe that food in a good restaurant should evoke emotion, and we left here thinking "yes, we ate." Among the advantages: beautiful interior, quality of food, location. On the downside: in two dishes, bacon drew attention to itself, the taste of the main dish was "in the shade." In the third case, there were pickled cucumbers, ice-cold, which cooled the whole dish. If you want something unusual, you can come in, but don't expect to be thrilled, at least out of our three dishes it didn't happen.

My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday. There was no reservation in advance, and all the tables were occupied. We were put on a waiting list and after 35 minutes they called and invited us. When asked about the discount in the DR, they said they were congratulating me with dessert, but they didn't. In that case, I should have said that there were no discounts and promised nothing more. Overall, I liked the restaurant. The interior is very interesting, modern on the one hand, but with an atmosphere of the Middle Ages. A good move with the table decoration: dishes on a stone, napkins in a leather bag, on a paper mat under a plate, you can read interesting historical facts while waiting for a dish. According to the dishes: I took chicken breast in applesauce- I was not impressed, it was bland. My husband was having a beef steak, and he was on top of it! I liked the cocktail, I can't remember the name, but it really got me in the mood. Overall, positive impressions.

The expectations were fulfilled - both the appearance and the taste left a vivid first impression of the stay in Minsk. The service was prompt and knowledgeable, explanations and advice on the choice of dishes were given - without complaints. The downside is probably the noise in the hall (to be honest, it's a hell of a ruckus).
