The hotel is good, well renovated, we came to take the oath in August, stayed for three days, our room was under the bar and consisted of two rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a shower. The linen and towels are fresh, but the room is a little untidy, but not critical, the only thing we had to ask them for a frying pan, kettle and hairdryer, everything was provided, but it was clear that they were interested in going to eat in their cafe-bar, the people are friendly, the main thing is that the location of the hotel is next to the military part of it.The minor inconveniences didn't bother me.

We were with my sister in November 2025, and we lived in a suite with a separate entrance on the ground floor..Everything is great, cozy and warm..My native Tskhinval, the city center, opposite my 6th school, Pioneer Park..I was born and raised here, I love to come here. I like to stay at this hotel very often!!!! A quiet, peaceful environment!!! The rooms are clean and cozy, if something is needed additionally, the staff will be happy to respond. Right on the territory there is a beautiful and cozy bar with delicious food that can be ordered in the room, there is also a sauna on request, I love and always visit. It's very tasty and the prices are ridiculous!!! Everything is nearby , the location is convenient . The attitude is very friendly, they will tell you everything and direct you. We found this wonderful place based on reviews. We came to take the oath (we were looking for a place near the airport). The room was booked in advance. Spacious double room with bathroom. TV. Connect to Wi-fi. It's all clear. Towels, shower slippers, a small refrigerator. We were in December (two days) - the room is warm. Shower-bath on the 1st floor. There is a pool table. There is a wonderful cafe-bar in the next building. They cook very tasty: shish kebab, soups, salads, second course, sushi, pies, etc. All the staff are responsive, they were received with all their heart. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!
