On May 4, 2026, I decided to switch to another Internet provider, came with my wife to the mobile operator Life Kuibyshev St., 13, Brest, to terminate the contract, while informing the employee that I was switching to another telecom operator. The employee took my passport and informed me that I had no debt, and I also had no equipment for rent, but I could only terminate the contract at a certain time. She advised me to switch to another operator, and this Life number will close automatically after six months. Then why did she take my passport, make some copies of it, and keep my wife and me in the office for about 40 minutes without doing anything (except making photocopies)? She replied to my complaints that they currently do not have such a technical opportunity to terminate the contract. And some time later, or rather on 08/04/2026, I received a claim for improper fulfillment of obligations under the concluded contract with an indication of payment of the amount owed, although I have not used the number since and for some reason the Life staff could not close the number. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem and incompetence of employees, why it is impossible to solve a simple question, and why I have to pay for a number that I do not use, and why subscribers should suffer for someone's incompetent actions. It is unclear why they keep such incompetent employees who cannot solve a simple problem, but only create problems for people. In any case, I will no longer use Life's services myself, and I also do not advise other people.
