I came for a haircut and coloring, made an appointment by phone, the first time in this salon. I was initially confused that the administrator did not specify what kind of hair I have, what color I want to dye. I told you my own length and described the length of my hair very briefly (really in a nutshell). That was the end of the conversation with the administrator, I was not asked any clarifying questions. As a result, upon arrival at the registration, it turned out that I was not registered for a haircut, but only for painting. It's good that the master had time to cut my hair. I had a request for a haircut, coloring, lightening the contour of my facial hair, and a haircut with elongated curtain bangs. As a result, the lightening was not tinted and it was rusty (as it was lightened, it remained), and instead of an elongated bang, I had an arched bang and an eye length. In fact, this is absolutely not what I needed from the word AT ALL! The master said it would grow back, the admin was happy to take the money in full, shrugging his shoulders at the fact that they did not do what I asked for. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I can't give this salon another rating.
