I would like to express my gratitude to Konstantin Ivanovich Gil. He is very clear, specific, always fair, with a good sense of humor, corrects all driving mistakes on the spot. He knows how to properly support and mentor, knows all the subtleties when applying to the traffic police. Konstantin Ivanovich was always punctual and flexible in his schedule.
