The make no provision for travellers, the building is a private business building meaning theres no lurking area, and the company showing the observation deck didn't make and provisions for people who might be travelling with others who are scared of heights and hence can't go up. They ask you to go to the cafe, but the cafe closes by 20:00 while the observation deck usually closes by 21:30, so your partners have to stand outside at night waiting and constantly disturbed by security. 1/10 - experience, wouldn't go again, definitely won't recommend.
