It's a very tasty place. Despite the flow of people, the waiters work quickly, everything is perfectly organized. The menu is extensive, everyone will find something for themselves. We tried different kebabs and meat on the fire. Mutton is beyond praise. If you come to Almaty and want to have a delicious meal, visit the establishment! Laffa is a wonderful cafe, excellent staff, not to mention the sophistication of the dishes (there are the same cafes, but with a wider range of dishes both in serving and in taste). The lemonade and mahito that was served is far from ideal, the kebabs and everything else are not bad. Prices are quite reasonable for the average Almaty resident and city guests. But the whole atmosphere of an evening's rest is spoiled by incomprehensible people right at the entrance to the cafe. To put it mildly, drunken homeless people pester vacationers, an old woman in a wheelchair sits right at the entrance and begs for mercy. Well, imagine yourself, you and your children came to relax and have dinner with your family in the evening, and here is such a picture. Overall, the cafe is not bad, but the atmosphere around the cafe is a bit sad.

There is no feeling of fast food here — on the contrary, every dish seems to be made with love and attention. I would especially like to mention branded lunches and desserts — delicious, beautiful and without overloading. Coffee is a special treat. The baristas clearly know what they are doing: the taste is rich, the aroma is correct, the presentation is aesthetic. And if you add cozy music and friendly staff, you realize that a space has been created here where it's just nice to return.

Laffa Cafe! You are the best! I arrived from Almaty at 4 a.m. and my brother took me to this institution. We ordered national dishes, as well as my favorite Uighur lagman, manti! The taste is divine! Dear travelers arriving in Almaty! Try to visit this institution! You will be pleasantly impressed by the local flavor of Laff's cafe, but you can write a lot about the taste of the dishes, it's better to try! I want to share my opinion. Many of my friends have talked about this place, but I've never been there. I was delighted with the interior, the decorations and the interior. Keep it up!!! The caring staff is definitely here). I wanted to have a barbecue, it was very tasty. But I was a little disappointed. According to the recommendation, I took a shish kebab made from young veal. The meat is marinated well. But the frying turned out to be worse. It was dry, meaning it was overexposed. I took two types of mutton: entrecote and just the flesh. Of the three entrecotes, one was just a rubber one. The flesh is 50-50, one was chewed, the other was not. The liver in the shell just melted in my mouth. The ham was delicious too. I tried the fried eggplant salad, but in the Uzbek style, that is, not in sweet and sour sauce. I really liked it, it tastes quite interesting. Khachapuri is a fairy tale. I can't put a 5, but I can definitely put a solid 4. I wish the staff prosperity and success in their work.

After the renovation, we visited this cafe twice and came to the conclusion: before the renovation, the kitchen was delicious, and now the interior is beautiful, but the food has become tasteless. On both visits, we came across dishes with chips — these were kettles. In March, when visiting this establishment, they had light plates and obviously not made of ceramics, because the bottom was yellow, apparently the food had already been absorbed, I saw and realized after. On our last visit, we ordered a Chinese kebab cauldron, but the meat turned out to be tough, and there were clearly not enough spices. There was a hair in the dish of fung tiao ru (if I spelled it correctly). I should have taken a picture before returning it to the waiter. We used to come here a lot and really liked the whole kitchen, there was a constant queue for kebabs, people took it away. It is a pity that such a "skew" has occurred.

I always praised the barbecue in Lafa Cafe and advised everyone. I took it both raw and fried, it was very tasty. But, my family and I arrived and ordered lagman, wings, lula and mutton. And so. Lagman was served a small portion, even the children were surprised, the wings were probably no better than the deep ones, the mutton was the same. Everything is in a cool condition.
