Level 3 Local Expert

It's like an undiscovered, peaceful and lovely island on the outskirts of Yerevan; there's a soothing silence in the air, with even the staff being equally quiet and taciturn. The services provided are not very transparent or tangible to residents, which makes the overall experience feel a bit vague and ambiguous.

The hotel is good! There are wonderful girls at the reception, Anna is very friendly, answered all questions, helped solve all issues. We were a big, noisy group, and there was enough room for everyone. In honor of the birthday of one of my friends, I was presented with a huge, very delicious cake! Breakfast buffet,varied. The only disadvantage is that the pool is located in a different building. But in general, I liked the complex, we recommend it.

Everything is great! I really liked the hotel, the service, there is a swimming pool. But, of course, there were disadvantages. We stayed at the hotel for a week, the breakfasts were very monotonous, our room was never cleaned and the garbage was not thrown out. But at the same time insanely delicious dishes to order from the restaurant!!! Very friendly staff. If we would come here again, we definitely recommend it to you!

Great hotel! Nice and spacious rooms, affordable prices in the room and in the restaurant. Very tasty food- meat, fish, khachapuri. In the evenings, music is played in the restaurant's gazebo area, which adds to the atmosphere. In addition, there is an excellent indoor pool with cool water, and a gym next to it. One of the disadvantages is that it is not possible to wash things. It would be great to have such a service. The distance to the city center by car is 20-30 minutes, but taxi prices (used by comfort / business) are around 450-550 rubles per trip, which is very affordable. I recommend it!

A lovely, cozy place with excellent staff. Round-the-clock service from the restaurant to the room, excellent cuisine, music in the evenings, a clean large indoor pool - in general, some advantages. The road to the city is 20-25 minutes, the rooms are large! The staff of this hotel are very polite and pleasant people! Special thanks to the Nare employee - a sweet and very responsive girl! Mercy! I recommend it for a family vacation!

We had a family vacation in September. The hotel is great! Hospitable employees, always happy to help in any matter. Large rooms, delicious, large breakfasts. A huge territory, there is a swimming pool, we went every day. To Yerevan 20-30 minutes by taxi, about 350-500 rubles, near the airport. We really liked it! Thank you very much to all the hotel staff! Be healthy!

A great hotel for dog walkers. The garage is on the ground floor with a lift from there to the room. A wonderful receptionist is Rosie, who will help with any question. The services and amenities do not quite match the stated ones. Cleaning has not been carried out even once for 5 days. There is no way to even drink tea, there are no accessories. Three stars for the hotel, one star for the garage.

If it were possible to put zero stars, then it would be fair. The hotel is located almost "behind the fence" of a huge Armenian cemetery. We were deceived at check-in. When paying for the room, we were supposed to be given 40 euros in change. We were given 1,700 Armenian drachmas. Later we found out that an error had occurred, but no one was going to fix it. Not a single promise has been fulfilled. When you moved in, we were promised to put an extra bed. Neither on the first night, nor on the second, nor even after a dozen reminders, the bed was never put up. They asked us to give us a compressor to inflate the tire, we wait half an hour, we ask again. It was only after a repeated request that the compressor was given to us. During the eviction, they wanted to cheat on the mini-bar. While we were packing, a friend went to rent a room and they told her that we took water, lemonades and something else from the mini bar. I had to go to the reception and explain to everyone that we did not do this and we will not pay. Please note that the bed in the room is not just hard, it is wooden. It feels like you're sleeping on the boards. All bed linen, bathrobes, towels are washed with bleach. They gave the clothes to the laundry, promised to return them the next day. As a result, our belongings were given to some unknown woman who took them to Georgia. No one was going to return or compensate our belongings. As a result, we found our own things in Georgia and they were wet, crumpled and dirty. That's the kind of laundry. The room has never been cleaned in four days. When checking into a double room, there was only one set of towels. The garage light wasn't working.

Near the airport, Yandex taxi 1500-2000 AMD. in summer, there are delicious breakfasts (buffet), spacious rooms, friendly staff, it is possible to park a car. By agreement, they can check in at least at night. It is an excellent option for a long-term transfer in Yerevan.
