Good place, one of a better in Kutaisi but personnel isn’t best with English and the kitchen (bar) is the only place to each and it closes at 22:00

A hotel with a claim to a high standard and overpriced. In fact, the rooms are quite tired, the toilet is askew, the remnants of toilet paper were hung, the mattress is too soft. When booking, it was stated that there is parking, in fact, they said to park on the ring on the street. Fortunately, it is 2 steps from the entrance and there was a place. The bed was clean, the shower was working fine. The breakfasts are normal.

The 5⭐️ stated in the Booking does not match. Neither in terms of the interior, nor in terms of the finish and quality of the materials. There was black hair on the floor and on the blanket in the room, even though I'm a redhead. If we were on a sheet, we definitely would have gone to change it. Although it's obvious that the linen is not wrinkled. The restaurant at the hotel does not serve delicious food, breakfasts for 3+

I booked a hotel a week before my arrival. We planned the route and at the end we had to stay in Kutaisi for 2 nights. It was important that the hotel had a swimming pool. 1 day before arrival, the hotel writes that they will not be able to receive us and offer to re-book a hotel without a pool. We had to completely change the route to another city. And it's much more expensive to book another hotel, as they were already booked day in, day out. This is not very nice behavior on the part of the hotel, considering that no one even apologized.

It was in early February 2024. In Kutaisi, everything is very gloomy and there are mountains of garbage everywhere on the streets, dirty and in front of the hotel. There should be a garden behind it, but it was cut down, and our room had a view of stumps and abandoned iron chairs. The standard rooms are small, the room barely reaches 10 m. The size of the rooms, which is written on the website, includes a bathroom and a corridor with cupboards. Everything is clean inside the hotel, linen is changed, slippers and bathrobes are available. The buffet breakfast is the most typical set of dishes as everywhere else. There is nothing original, no national food, not even a hint of it. Only walnut jam, perhaps. The staff is polite and laconic. The most I can give this hotel is four stars. Yes, it is interesting that all the receptionists at the hotel are men. I think it's more fun there in the summer.

In general, it was good, clean, I liked the breakfasts, the pool, the sauna for five, such a simulator... it's also good, although it's a very small club spa ..., the room is not large, it was on the entrance side, there's a minus - you can hear all the noise, someone is coming, someone is smoking and talking, there is no silence day or night, not much sleep. The audibility is through, I also came across a room with a common door, I heard a neighbor snoring behind the wall, behind the door. Three buses got hit by the Chinese, and then they got to Shanghai. There's a lot of noise, there's no room in the dining room, they're not in a hurry to clean up.
