We stayed from 05/01/2025 to 05/04/2025. Great hotel! I strongly recommend it! Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel itself is located in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary for life. Room cleaning and towels are changed daily. Soap sets, toothbrushes, pastes, shoe sponges, etc. Secured Parking for each guest. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with delicious and varied breakfasts. In addition to breakfast, we ordered lunch and dinner (shurpa, manti, roast lamb with potatoes) - you will die! Great respect to the cook! The next time we visit Uralsk, we will definitely stay only here. Thanks to the management and all the staff of the hotel for the warm welcome and pleasant impressions! Keep it up !

В историческом центре города, рядом все достопримечательности, дом Карева, парк Кирова, площадь Абая, Арбат, акимат, много кафешек, отзывчивый, приветливый персонал, есть мужской и женский салон, конференц зал, сауна, чистые номера, безопасно, отличный завтрак включен в стоимость!

Just a great hotel! We were very impressed. The room is spacious and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, and water were replenished every day. There was a mini bar in the room (extra charge). There is also a sauna with a swimming pool. All hygiene products are provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and we also had complex meals at the hotel. Everything was very tasty, satisfying and affordable, we didn't even go to other restaurants. But the main advantage of the hotel is the staff. Very polite, friendly and caring. Thank you to every employee for their work! I recommend you to check in, we will definitely come back!
