When I ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger, I expected the chicken to be crispy, not the bun, which was clearly not fresh. The chicken patty was very ordinary and not particularly tasty. Overall, the burger was not very tasty, a little dry, and overpriced for its quality. It's also not very pleasant when the cashier addresses you as "bro" (ախպերս in Armenian). I do not recommend this place.

I tried the Queen Burger with my friend at random when I was near their branch near the Russia Mall, I didn't expect anything special, but! This is the best crispy chicken burger I've ever had! The place itself is very spicy, American-style, but a burger!!! Such a juicy one is just a shock😭I ordered delivery today, it arrived earlier than the stated time, and in two packages, although I ordered a set for one person, but it turns out they put ketchups, salt, wet wipes, even a coke tube😭😭😭isn't this the peak of customer orientation? I'm just in shock, I didn't have time to take a picture of the food, because it's impossible to resist.

I give five stars for allowing you to just sit and charge your phone an hour and a half before closing. Honestly, in my situation, when it depends on your phone whether you spend the night on the street or not, this is a very important marker that the establishment is at least not bad. Waiting for an order is too long. They didn't give us the check, supposedly the computer wasn't working, but it started working for everyone else after us. We said that the first time we came to them, we had completely miscalculated. The sediment remained. The burger at the "golden" price did not meet any expectations. A dubious place. My wife and I have gone several times and there is always something confusing. On the one hand, the prices are low for the center, but the location is inconvenient, so we only go in when we really want to eat and are too lazy to go further. The staff is very unfriendly, the cashier had very red eyes and I hope it was just because he was tired. No one is smiling, the coffee is disgusting, although it costs the same as everywhere else. But the burgers and fries seem to be okay, at least for their price. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there on purpose, but it seems to be clean, there are upholstered chairs and they haven't been poisoned yet, it's just stressful.

Good afternoon, my husband and I visited this institution today and were extremely disappointed. At first, we were confused by the lack of people, but we decided to give it a chance and ordered anyway. We waited about 15 minutes for two hot dogs and two drinks, which is very strange, since there was no guest flow at all. And we were also disappointed in taste, there was an unripe tomato in my hot dog, but the hot dog didn't taste any different, even in the shops above the road they taste better than in this institution. My husband got a fanta instead of a coke. Moreover, after 12 minutes, we clarified where our order was, to which we were told that it was ready, but they brought it to us in 5 minutes. Even the cola that I had turned out to be diluted, which generally calls into question the quality of the products in this institution.

Tasteless burgers, huge but clueless. The bread roll is just awful, I've never eaten such unleavened bread. the insides are ordinary. The price is the same as for a burger in a good restaurant. I liked the interior and that's probably it. We ordered large cheeseburgers, nuggets, cheese sticks (4 pcs in a bag), French fries. The cutlet in the cheeseburger is not tasty, I almost broke my tooth, I got something hard (bone or something else is unclear). It's not clear what kind of cheese is in the same cheeseburger, it spoils the whole taste. There are no nuggets either... The sticks are cheesy, they don't look like cheese. In general, it is expensive and not tasty. The burger joint across the street is better and cheaper.

And only at the checkout will you find out what's more because of the box office fees. The currant cheesecake is mediocre. Within expectations.
