A wonderful museum! Beautiful design, rather rich exposition, interesting and not boring story of the guide. The staff are friendly, they are seriously engaged in their business, and they can answer questions in more detail. There are two floors and several halls that cover most of the history of the city of Bobruisk. And if you don't have a guide, then you can invite me here for a date) Even if you just walk around and examine the objects, you can spend an hour or two boring. The visit is very inexpensive. I strongly recommend it!

The Bobruisk Museum of Local Lore is located in an old mansion in the city center, the movement on two floors is made in a ring, the decoration is excellent, the staff is friendly, it presents everything from nature and excavations to the present, I liked it, I recommend visiting.

The Bobruisk Museum of Local Lore is an amazing world where the past and present meet, where knowledge is carefully preserved even about ambiguous periods of history, which are often disputed by contemporaries. This is, for example, the era of paganism or revolutionary events. Either the period of the first German, or the time of the Polish occupation of these places... But all this happened, all this left a mark on subsequent events and people.… And that's why all this is reflected in the museum exhibition.

It's a great museum. It is not clear why he is so unpopular. There are practically no visitors. A very colorful place, much has been preserved since the time of the USSR. My impressions were positive. If you plan to immerse yourself in history, then come in advance. There are about a dozen themed halls. I really liked the halls of primitiveness, the birth of the city and the hall with stuffed animals. If you don't know what to do with your day off, be sure to go. 2 floors of expositions for minimal money. Have a pleasant experience!

It was 05/10/25 just before closing. The exposition is large, of course it is better to take a guide. There are about 8 halls. It covers the period from the beginning of time to our time. We even found a mention of our city, since our cities of Naro-Fominsk and Bobruisk are twin cities.

It is amazing that the small museum contains exhibits characterizing different periods of the city's existence. The city has seen many wars, a change of power, economic booms and stagnation. I was particularly impressed by the cabinet with copies of ads from the beginning of the 20th century - as if immersed in the life of that time.

A good solid local history museum. It is possible to trace the history of Bobruisk and its surroundings from the Stone Age to the present. There is a lot of visual material of maps. A special place is given, of course, to the Bobruisk fortress. Separate halls on the Second World War and the Great Patriotic War - apparently, a lot came from the collections of military units that used to be in Bobruisk (this idea is suggested by the presence of a large number of banners of military formations).
