They brought in NON-edible rolls twice, and then they put them on the bill. On October 18, in the evening, we went to them and ordered 2 types of rolls: tempura with Salmon and rolls with shrimp. When they brought it, it turned out that the salmon was boiled in tempura. Yes, yes, it is boiled. Not lightly boiled, not toasted with a burner, but boiled - white in color and boiled in taste. The rolls were simply overexposed and the fish was cooked. They called the administrator and asked why. At first, he said that this was how it should be, but thank God he returned 1.5 minutes later and said he would double-check. He took it. They brought it a second time. The salmon was already in the right raw condition, but at the first bite it became clear that it was not cooked properly. It didn't have the characteristic "fishy" taste-a little salty, a little fishy. It was just "flat" in taste. Tasteless, like cotton wool or unsalted rice... It's funny that the second rolls were eaten by a girl who has been a professional cook for many years and previously worked as their cook! She tried it too and immediately said that the fish was not "harvested." Not pickled, not salted... Not cooked. It's just tasteless. They called the administrator again and pointed out the problem again. This time, the administrator said that "fish comes from the warehouse like this")). Nothing else was done. We didn't eat these rolls, but when they brought us the bill, they were on the bill. The establishment is one! Whatever problems you have with the kitchen, it should not affect the customers. And even more so, it is not allowed to charge for such a thing. I don't recommend it.

Cozy cafe, there is a summer terrace. Pleasant and fast service. An extensive menu for every taste. Delicious and quick cooking. It is possible to book a table. WhatsApp communication with the administrator. I will recommend it to my friends. We'll come again. Thank you very much. We had a great time.
