It's hard to call it a store, the assortment is meager, everything is in packs of jars, the self-service checkout works somehow, getting through to the controller is another quest. This is not a store, but a stall of some kind. It would be better to have a nice park instead of this store.

There is no limit to indignation, terrible service in the pizzeria area. No one was waiting for 10 minutes, they asked the guy if it was possible to order pizza, he said now now, then after another five minutes a woman comes out and puts a sign: break from 19:30 to 20:00. I ask if you're closing, to which she replies: no one is closing, but I won't make a pizza in 5 minutes. After we said that we had been waiting for them for so long, and we didn't just stand there asking, we were terribly unhappy when they made pizza, which turned out to be burnt, their pizza oven was dirty, traces of carbon deposits were visible on the pizza, the chicken in the pizza was not quite fresh This is not the first time, the last time we made an order there, we completely forgot about our order. We walked around the store for an hour waiting for them to make us a pizza. In the end, no one was even going to make it until we came an hour later and asked again.

The store is super. Large assortment, low prices. It is also possible to note a very competent arrangement of shelves in this store. Due to this, there is a lot of space in it, usually in such stores there are narrow aisles between the shelves.

The store, of course, is not bad. But every time I go into it, I wonder "why does such a large store have such a small staff". It is strange that a company like Dobronom, which has filled the whole country with its stores, is unable to provide the appropriate staff. Are all these ads with such beautiful salary amounts really not true?

The quality of service is terrible , there are no sellers all the time either in the meat department or in the store , moreover , they manage to be rude and insolent . Please pay attention to the old and fat mare at the cash register, it's your good fortune that you threw coins to my husband and he paid for the purchase. It seems that you are the beggar sellers, creatures who have not gone far to work at the checkout. And it seems that you should lick our heels and communicate culturally , and not argue , swear and be rude . There will be no complaints next time.
