Designbay is a great company! I bought a kitchen: they helped me professionally with the selection, took into account all the wishes. A huge assortment and a large exposition allowed us to choose the ideal option. The delivery was organized accurately and on time — I was completely satisfied and recommend it.

So far, I'm giving 2 stars, because no one has reported that the windows are ready. This is irresponsible!I had to call and find out myself . Every day with repairs is on the bill and everything depends on the windows, so 4 days are lost + the master will arrive in 4 more days, for a total of 8 days!!!It's just awful! It is not known how else they will deliver! And I also didn 't like that the measurer rang the doorbell and demanded to take out the money for the measurement , even though I hadn 't seen him in my eyes ! I took measurements by eye , without a tape measure ! I took the money for 30p . Of course , I refused the front door with this approach! Completing the review ! (08/20)The staff responded rudely to my review! The windows are still not installed, as there is such a jamb that I do not know how it will end! If your health and nerves are dear to you, never contact this company! They assured me that the windows should wait 2 , maximum 3 weeks .It's the second month!
