I was at a coffee shop this morning. We took some coffee, cocoa and desserts. There are no questions, the desserts are really incredibly delicious, BUT! Somehow there was a bug in my cocoa that looked like a big bug or a small cockroach. I was drinking my cocoa and I literally got a bug! I had no appetite, you know. They came up and informed the barista girl about it. No apologies were received from the girl, they did not offer to compensate at least or replace the drink. The girl just nodded and left to chat with her friend. The service is missing. I am very disappointed!
